Hair became tangled before I could even take it apart. Frizzy and shed more than any hair I've ever gotten. Horrible company, horrible products, and they refused to refund me after I reached out to them the same day I received the package.

Horrible quality. I purchased the funmi hair and the curl pattern was very tight and frizzy. Lots if shedding, half the hair came off. They wouldn't give me a refund. This company should not be allowed to sell online.

I had a drastic hair loss, and my friend recommended me Shela Hair products. I had high hopes for the products I ordered, but I was very disappointed: not only the products didn’t help, but they made the situation worse. I was losing hair, but it was always silky. After a week of Shela products use, the silkiness was gone. I had a hard time on making my hair healthy again. I wouldn’t recommend these products to anyone, sorry. I give it two stars just because my friend is still using it and her hair looks healthy. Maybe it just didn’t work for me.

Not what I ordered; terrible texture of hair. Hair was shedding before usage. No refund. Lost $$$$$$$. Do not order from them. Not located in United States false advertising. They are located in China.

I absolutely loved my customers service experience with them. The hair is great quailty and really no shredding, I've been using hair from this company for months now, my customers love it and so do I. I recommend them to anyone looking for great quality wigs, hair etc.

I absolutely love both of my wigs! The hair quality is amazing. I was able to cut, color style and install with ease and I'm not a wig person. I'm a 30 year Master hairstylist and I will be ordering more from Shelahair soon!

i ordered a bob wig. it was not a bob... super full on the top but bald on the lenght... the hair quality thougth was good but not a bob at all... i send it back for refound.. i payd 40 euro for send it back and then they kept other 40 dollars for ''fee''.... bad experience

i love this hair, make me so happy, easy to install and customer service so gentle.

The hair was cute and long but it shedded a lot and not there is not a lot of styles I can do with it since the hair on top is very thin. I was able to wear it twice before it became really thin. I was excited about it because it was my first wig. Wish it was better.

I’ve had it 3 months and I’m soo In love . It’s still soft and still curly , I probably going to order a full lace , but this by far is my favorite curly have vendor.

Beautiful hair. I wanted something that was close to my real hair texture and this was a match. Seller was very sweet and kept me updated on everything. The hair also arrived early. It sheds normally (not a lot) and didn’t have much of a smell after a few washes. Will buy from this seller again!

I loved the package and the response from the persons, but I didn’t get to enjoy the unit because while cutting the lace the wig spit in half i could repair it or use the the unit having a piece missing from the top Could it have been it wasn’t enough hair on the unit or lace not strong enough I’m not sure what it was I took my lost and won’t purchase again

There is barely any lace and the wig was very think at the ends. I bought a pack of hair to add to the wig

I tried so many supplier, shelahair is the best that i have ever seen, good price with great quality, especially for the blonde wig and transparent lace product, recommended!
