Were do I start

Were do I start, I would like say a big thank you to Jamie from.Shelbourne motor's for all his help and support through what can be a stressful time, looking for a new car, well it can be for me. I sent an enquiry about a car they had, Jamie sent me a video of the car, so I had a little preview before seeing her in reality. The customer care, I would say is excellent, nothing was to much trouble, one thing I will say if I had a question I wasn't made feel stupid, some places which I had visited before going to Shelbourne of course wanted the sale, however they fell at the first hurdle by their attitude. So I would strongly recommend if you are looking for a car, and receive good customer care I suggest go to Shelbourne Motor's. 5 star 🌟 all the way. Once again a big thank you to Jamie, who found me my dream car 🚗 😍 Dorothy

Recognition from Customers Behalf

First of all I wish to say what an amazing team your company has at Shelbourne Portadown. First class customer service as always. Wouldn’t expect anything less from all individuals involved. Quick response and updates from Ashley and Dave who looked after me very well and also were able to guide me to the best suited car required for myself and my excursions. The car was beyond well prepped by Mechanic Gareth who ensured my chosen car was completely checked over and running well. I am more than satisfied with my experience and would wish for these individuals to be recognised for the service they provided me with as I am one very happy customer. Thank you.

I was very well pleased with buying my first car from Shellbourne motors, and would have no problem in using them again. The sales person was Craig and I found him very helpful, he made the whole experience simple and even rang me a few days later to ask how things were and if I was still happy with my car.

Considered changing to a new Dacia vehicle.
From the absolute start, the team at Shelbourne were responsive and straight talking.
Excellent customer service - never pushy.

Great experience.

This is the second time I have purchased a car from Shelbourne motors and on both occasions I have been very pleased with the service that I received. The latest one I purchased was a used car and when I enquired they made an
appointment for me to come and have a look at it. The young salesman was very honest and helpful in all communications with me and he even organised 3 days free insurance for me after I purchased it. Also 24 hours after
I left with the car he phoned me to make sure everything was OK and I was happy with everything which I was.

In my opinion.

On Monday 4th October I called into Shelbourne Motors without an appointment & the hospitality was 2nd to none. I didn't have long to wait to speak to Conor the salesman. He was so generous with his time, it was unbelievable. He didn't even get time for his lunch before his next appointment arrived. The next time I made an appointment to test drive the car I wanted & yes I've made a purchase. I collect it very soon. I definitely would recommend Conor to anyone who wished to purchase a new vehicle.
