Excellent customer experience from start to finish. James at Auto Select thoroughly professional throughout with none of the usual car sales speak! To the point, no time wasting and even when it came to closing the deal he was considerate. Good job all round. Well done.

All of the Toyota staff were very…

All of the Toyota staff were very helpful, Paul Martin has always been excellent carrying out Services over the years. Lee Wortley was so helpful throughout, from when I had decided to change my car, and nothing was too much trouble, he was brilliant at keeping me up to date. Adam also was excellent with the help he gave me in changing to an Automatic, he gave me the confidence to drive it, and was so kind. The whole team is excellent.

Giving 2 stars although I think is…

Giving 2 stars although I think is generous. Purchased car May 2020 reassures everything was in place. Come to August 2021 was clamped due to tax to find out I wasn’t the registered owner after paying full for the car. At dealership was never given slip to change owner which wasn’t aware first time buying again was reassured everything was in place. Weeks later I have paid out £155 and have been ignored after numerous messages to Portadown garage. Never again will I buy off this company or recommend disgraceful aftercare. Truly their fault and they’ve not a care now they have the money! Still no word to being resolved and still being ignored!

Update:

The matter has now been resolved and have been compensated part of costs which I’m happy about. Have to say since this review the company have done their best to resolve this issue which I’m grateful for.

Volking Excellent

We purchased a 1 year old Volkswagen Passat Estate from Jamie at auto-select. We'd been looking for a car within this range and had seen a few different models at dealers in Belfast and Ballymena. What stood out was Jamie's knowledge and personal touch. He'd put together a short video showing the interior and features of the vehicle, this was much appreciated as I was able to share this with my partner. There was no hard sell and everything including tax and drive away insurance was taken care off. It's obvious Jamie enjoys what he does, it makes the customer experience so much better. Took our first trip to Fermanagh and loving our new car, thank you.

Jorge was a first class gentleman.

Jorge was a first class gentleman. Patient, listened to and thoroughly answered our many questions. Took great time to show my husband and I the many cars in the make we wanted. Jorge has even contacted us by telephone to enquire how we are enjoying our new car. It was noticeable the number of customers seeking out Jorge. What a gem of a man. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Jorge. Shelbourne, look after Jorge, what an asset.

The helpful sale executive

The sales executive George is a decent bloke very helpful and accommodating and gave my wife and I a spin ourselves where we could discuss the options open to us.I think that’s what did it for us being given time and space to make up our minds .George is aware these days that customers do their research before entering a new car forecourt, having trawled the internet about the pros and cons of any car they wish to purchase, a friendly accommodating car sales man is all that’s needed these days who can strike a good deal.
