it helps that Sojag is a good product. My only beef is that you wouldn't honor/match the lower price online. Now I have to wait until stock comes in for 2026 and like everything else prices will jump. The product is great so here's hoping.

I was unable to find the specific replacement cover that I needed online, so I called in. Anthony was not only helpful, but very knowledgeable and was so enjoyable to work with! He made the process smooth and easy. The cover was delivered on time and in the perfect size.

In selecting the correct shelter for my boat.. the material was definitely an upgrade from the shelters at retail stores.I bought the shelter last fall,we had quite the winter in Ontario with alot of snow and the shelter handled it well.

I had an old Shelterlogic shelter, I got from a friend 10 years ago, stored in a shed. Of course I had no idea how to set it up. I found a 6 digit number on a tag and one email to Sofiane at Shelterlogic got me a set of instructions the next day. Talk about quick service! Did not expect such a quick and pleasant experience. I bought a gazebo on marketplace and was able to get a PDF copy of the manual very easily by a quick call to the company.

I've asked the same couple of basic questions for 2 emails and they have not been answered and this is not acceptable. This doesn't give me confidence in the company.

I have bought a tent and a couple sets of walls/doors from Shelter Logic with Anthony helping me out every time. Anthony was great to work with, when we had a storm come through and ruin a new set of doors he sent us out a replacement set for free. I will definitely be reaching back out to Anthony when I need a new tent.

Your response and delivery, but the material is defecient as to sturdyness. In the process of assembling the building, we had 40+ MPH winds, which destroyed the frame. Fortunately, my insurance is working for me at my loss.

John and Kim have been amazing they have helped us so much. I have reached out to them when my situation was impossible they came though for us in the biggest way they could have by helping us with our damaged sheds from the terrible storms they made us feel so releved from our sitution there help was so great. I give the copy 10-10 thanks

I bought an upgraded replacement cover, and it was delivered promptly...as it was still cold out, I didn't get to install it for a few months.......I got it installed and all seemed ok. Then I noticed I could see light through the "ends", there were pinholes where the material had been folded. I sent pictures of the pinholes and the very same day they ordered replacement end pieces. I received them and got them installed within a couple weeks total time. I was amazed (and pleased) that there are still companies out there that value their customers. I've used their products for several years and had no problems. It's good to know how much they stand behind their products.

I had to order replacement curtains because my previous ones were getting old and finally ripped after a bad a windstorm. This company was easy to do business with, and my replacement curtains are high quality. I am somewhat disappointed they discontinued the clear curtains, but the solid grey is a growing on me.

The customer service was very good, they went above and beyond to help us out. Even though our “issue” was from 5 years back. We will definitely be back as customers !

Service was excellent and did his best to answer all my questions. The only negative was the cost. I thought with this brand being discontinued at costco that it would have been a better deal.

I was planning on getting 6 replacement parts for a 20 year old building. Anthony gave me a quote for these parts and shipping. Then he told me the price of a new building. He gave me time to contact my builder and make my mind up on which offer I wanted. I never felt pushed or threatened to make my decision. Each question I asked him he gave me an immediate response. I felt he was very professional explaining the size of the building, all the way to the color of the building. This sale took almost all day and he was very patient with me.
