Rushing medical decisions, disgusting behaviour.
Was initially happy with my service, until my 3rd month when they sent the medication review email 1 week into my dose (I thought this was far too soon to know if I was ready to go up to the next dose as I was only 1 week into this level) only for them to then take the payment and inform me they had decided my next dose level as I didn't fill in there questionnaire right away. When I contacted them they informed me it was there practice to make a decision on dose level and process payment 'so you dont miss a dose' well I dont even use my last dose of my current pen for another 4 days and I received the pen they decided I would have yesterday!
I feel like they are not only rushing you to make medical decisions but then to take the decision out of your hands altogether is a disgusting practice!
I was happy with the service until this point, and the price is a pretty middle of the road level so if the service was adequate I would have been happy to continue using the service. But not when they treat there customers like this.
Edit: The response to my review says it all, you clearly didn't even read it and just gave a cut and paste response. Pathetic.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Stay clear, scammers!!! Took my money and provided me with nothing, I emailed no response, I called no one available to help me or refund. Do not use them! Customer service didn’t help, just passing buck with no actual answers!!

I have lost 32lb in 6 months. It is sporadic but is going down. I am about to join a gym, I feel really great, don’t get breathless any more. Very happy with results
Terrible customer service and fraudulent payments taken
Thought I was undertaking a plan with a trustworthy company - blood tests before treatment, consultations with clinicians, people on hand to talk to. First dispensation was fine, and although I didn’t do my blood test or any check-ins or follow ups the medication was approved. I emailed to cancel and because the support team dragged out replying by 5-7 days at a time, they brought my case into the 21 day cancellation period so they could charge me another month. Multiple emails addressing me by the incorrect name and generally being ignored. Absolute con artists and money grabbers masquerading as a legitimate company.

I found SheMed most professional and also attentive! They show an interest in how you are doing and will offer help when required.
The box contained all kinds of medication to cover every possible side effect.
I was most impressed.
Also, they are very good at monitoring one's progress.

It’s been remarkable my journey I’ve struggled for the past 13 years then fast forward full hysterectomy 3 years ago and I just couldn’t shift any weight feeling hungry all the time probably insulin resistant, I’d lost 13kgs over two years and would then bounce with the same 2 kg on and off and just stayed 120kgs and starving the whole time, so since august it’s been so nice to eat in moderation have control eat healthy and enjoy food again still have 12 kgs to go but will definitely do maintenance with she med x

I started my transformation in May…
I started my transformation in May 2025. I have lost 33kg (5.2stone)
I have one more stone to go to reach my goal and start maintaining. I started onMJ and lost regularly. I started swimming then walking and RB strength. I have become very fit. In June I will swim a mile for charity.
The only somewhat negative is when I switch to wegovy like so many. I stop loosing weight and just maintain. I stayed on it for 4 months and decided to go back to MJ. SheMed was very helpful and accepted everything I asked for. I went straight back on 7.5 and I am now on 10mg. The weight is coming off .
SheMed is here to help but we have to put the work in .
Good initial care poor customer service experience
Customer care package very good however trying to update payment or understand leap in price from £69 first month to £124 second( told it was due to being on three month plan?) Without explanation or supposed increase in dosage nigh on impossible. Daily emails back and forth, repeated updates to payment t despite explaining to them my bank was unlikely to sanction a blank amount. I got nowhere after a week of being passed from agent to agent each with differing explanations. I offered to pay via standing order but no response . I had originally given a 5 star review but altered this to reflect the stressful experience of customer service .

Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. I have been in contact with the company as my GP advised me not to take the product, they don't care about this. They will cancel but not refund any money so don't care about your health. They have told me the only way to get a refund is to complete the blood test but that is impossible as my account says I have no orders. I have been told its an issue with my email address and would be escalated and fixed that day but four days later its still not showing my purchase. I honestly believe they hope you will just give up so they can keep your money. If you want a company with decent customer service, don't use SheMed.

I love how attentive they are with the check ins and weigh ins. The only thing that I would like to be better is the prescription renewal. It takes way too long after prescription requested to actually recieve medication. Make sure you apply before you take your last dose to guarantee getting delivery before it's due.

I’ve currently had my 1 star previous review removed by trustpilot. I assume this was requested by she med. I’ve given trustpilot ALL the communication I’ve had with this company so if trustpilot is genuinely honest it should put it back up. I had no blood collection equipment in my pack. I cancelled and requested a refund. They took weeks to reply. I’d already cancelled to the program but they still today tried to get me to stay and offered a new test kit. The y offered a £10
‘Goodwill’ payment. I’ve already escalated this with Barclaycard for my money back so this extra effort they are making to get me to rejoin including false reporting back to me if the facts I stated is just ridiculous. I have left. I want my refund. I will not give up. I see now from other reviews it’s verging in a scam. Watch this space
