I was a little skeptical based on some…
I was a little skeptical based on some bad reviews I saw on this platform, I am glad I followed my gut feeling. What a great company. From the very beginning of my journey with SheMed the guided me every step of the way, thank to their blood test I discovered things about my health condition that I wasn't aware of. The delivery of the medication was fast and discreet, there was a little delay with Royal Mail, but their customer service was exceptionally fast to respond to my email ( only a few hours ) and extremely helpful and understanding, I am so so soooo happy I switched from MedExpress. I would give 6 stars if I could!
Very quick service and emails
Very quick and thorough with a blood test you do at home before receiving the medication.
Poor customer service & expensive provider
I originally signed up with SheMed having previously being a customer with another provider, based on a very good price due to having a blue light card. Unfortunately this has resulted in being tied in to the service and being overpriced for future orders! After 4wks I wanted to increase my dose yet the service did not give the option to do so and automatically issued me with the same low dose of 0.25 which has not had an impact on me at an inflated price compared to other providers!
I contacted SheMed immediately (whilst on holiday abroad I hasten to add) and was advised by email that they would fix the error by sending out the correct pen and credit my account. Neither of these things occurred.
I submitted an email on the 24th March highlighting my frustrations and requested to cancel with immediate effect and to have a response regarding my complaints and to date have not had a response (it is now the 7th April!). SheMed claim to respond 24/7 and to answer emails within 48hrs! I rang to discuss on Thursday last week, advised that my email will be classed as 21 days notice of cancellation. I queried a response to my original email and to speak with a manager, I was promised that a manager would call me back before the end of the day. I received no such call! I submitted a further email with my complaints and again, I have had no response! Absolute sham of a company that I will not be using again. I will be reining and sticking with pharmacy4u who have been extremely reliable and consistent with their customer service and transparency with pricing.
Additional note after reading SheMed reply - it is interesting that only now after having to write a negative review have you responded to my original emails to cancel my membership. You have not however responding to the other issues I raised. Which I did repeat within the survey i was sent today.
The introduction price was lower yes and I understood this was a one off but future prices were also set at a lower price based on whether you signed up for monthly, 3 monthly etc. I have a screenshot of this. On reviewing my programme (second payment receipt) I was listed as being on 3mth programme yet was charged the amount you charge for 5mg but was prescribed a 2.5mg?!
I also completed the questionnaire but nowhere within that did I ask if I wanted to increase. That email came through delayed and I was abroad on holiday! I did however contact SheMed where I was told this would be sorted but it wasn’t! Evidence of that was submitted on my initial email.

SheMed experience
I am providing SheMed with a rating of 3.5 stars; however, as this option is not available, I have selected 4 stars.
I have no significant complaints, as the service I have received has been satisfactory. Nevertheless, I would appreciate more incentives for your loyal customers who have remained with SheMed throughout various changes. Currently, only founding members and new customers receive perks such as discounted prices. Long-standing customers receive no additional benefits, which has led many to seek better prices elsewhere.
It would be beneficial to offer occasional special offers to encourage continued loyalty.
Additionally, I would like to highlight the need for improved updates to customer notes. For example, I escalated to the highest dose of Wygovy (7.2 mg), but experienced adverse reactions and was advised to pause treatment for a few weeks before returning to a 2.4 mg dose. This resulted in surplus medication; however, I have been persistently contacted to refill, despite informing customer service that I had enough medication for several weeks and would reorder once I ran out. This information has not been correctly documented, and I continue to receive reminders that I need to reorder.
Founding members sometimes receive gifts, such as pen cases sent randomly, but loyal customers do not appear to receive similar gestures.
I kindly suggest that additional incentives be provided for loyal customers to encourage them to remain with SheMed.
My experience has been great thus far
My experience has been great thus far, communication with the company has been easy and mostly helpful.
My weight loss has been steady and slow with few side effects.
I describe the whole process as life changing.
I do wish Royal Mail was not the carrier, twice my delivery has been days late, however this was not the fault of SheMed, and it would be nice if some of the offers were open to existing customers ie blue light discounts
Other than that, I am very happy
Lots of help
Felt better for having a blood test B4 Quick delivery of meds, took 1 week total with test results etc.
Impressive service
I like the medical approach from start to finish in relation to “not just interested in selling”
Communication is brilliant
Communication is brilliant. Customer services are very efficient with dealing with any queries I have had. All information is passed to my GP and side effects noted and managed well. I can't compare to any other services but I am more than happy with Shemed.
It's thorough
It's thorough, easy to add your side effects, easy to use, results in my 1st week. Looking forward to continuing
Very misguided process
Very misguided process made me think I was simply buying weight loss medication however there was a blood test and a phone call and then only subject to review of my blood results would any medication be provided. Low and behold I was deemed not suitable for the weight loss program..
an email said I could view my blood results on the app however all you see is that you are not suitable.. no detailed report.
If you want to be ripped off go ahead..

Overall really good
Overall really good, unfortunately found it a bit of difficulty with blood test. The Customer service girl was very helpful when I called. Hopefully will be succcessful on next occasion. Good App uploading weight each week, can see progress and lots of FAQ available.
Had to involve my bank for assistance refund.
I purchased the medication on 23rd October, first blood test failed, took 7 days to receive a second, which I completed and returned the same day. Completed the onboarding call with a consultant. 2 months later and after so many calls and emails to this company, time and again being promised they were so very sorry and would sort this immediately...nothing received. Refused to refund me so I contacted my bank for assistance. They had 2 months to respond and did so 1 week before thr deadline, and blatantly lied, thankfully I have kept copies of the communications, the call logs amd emails, the bank found in my favour and I have finally received my refund 5 months after making my payment. Shocking behaviour by this company.

Avoid! Took money - no medication
I asked for a refund as I hadn't been able to get the blood test to work. They cancelled very quickly but only refunded me £20! I asked why and they said that if you ask for a refund after the blood test is issued they retain £60.
This wasn't clear when I asked to cancel. I then told them that if I'm going to loose all that money I'll try the blood test again and they said I would have to start all over and pay again!
Absolute rip off. They use an AI bot for customer service so you just get the same answer over and over.!

The most professional organisation ever who just seem to go above and beyond. Everything is spot on and then and bit more. Exceeded my expectations.
It’s not a speed race
I am happy with the amount of weight I have lost but was hoping to be closer to my goal as the last 3 months has been no change. It is quite expensive.

I like that shemed offer a free blood…
I like that shemed offer a free blood test, and how you can look at your results. I like the Facebook group that you can get advice from people actually going through the same thing as you. I like that you get a questionnaire at the end of every month, It makes me feel looked after. You have the option to move up a dose if it gets approved but you can also stay where you are if you chose. I do also like the self log option too something that I prefer personally.
