Scammers
Looks like I’m not the only one after seeing the other bad reviews. This company use the seemingly “caring” blood test as a way to lock people in and charge them £59. Before you have chance to think and change your mind they quickly dispatch it, refusing a refund. Looking at their responses, they’re unapologetic and don’t care people aren’t happy with this process.

DON'T SIGN WITH THEM
Don't sign up with them! They take your money without authorisation. I requested a one off pen, but it seems they lock you into a rolling subscription that you know nothing about. They are useless at responding and constantly fob you off. I had nightmare time with them . They take no accountability and just repeat the same script every time you call them. USELESS!!!!

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service, avoid at costs. Why they make the process so complicated astounds me, the bloody test kit did not work and I contacted them as not happy and wanted to cancell and go with another provider with a more simple process, Shemed offered me a partial refund of £10......this is refused as I wanted a breakdown showing the bloddtest kit cost £65. This request was ignored by them and then they apologised and said they made an error and I would be entitled to £20....this is no better 😡 They have still no sent me the breakdown and currently not responding to my emails so please use a different company who are easier, more accommodating and don't need your DNA

This company is awful, avoid at all costs. The product isn’t working and I have asked to switch to an alternative or cancel no to both. I would find a company with better customer service and support as it is all managed by robots 😡
Also it was meant to be the same price for 3 months and they have increased it by 50% for 2nd month absolutely con and deceiving when placing order - avoid

You listened to me. I feel you gave me a chance. One thing I found a huge problem was the negative comments on Facebook. I lost my confidence and so I took a huge step back. I’ve decided now not to read it. So hopefully I’m back on track. Food addiction is not easy and we need to overcome this in a positive and encouraging way. I also found the call centre workers at the beginning good and not so good. One lady was brilliant and one did not have the patience at all. She sounded like she was under pressure. I loved the blood tests and even better I get another in six months for free. Plus I loved receiving the case for the pen. Encouragement is the key.
Slow and steady
It's been nearly 9 months and nearly 4 stone off, the first 2 months were Mounjaro and then switched to Wegovy due to price increase only on 1.7 but happy
I have had a good experience with…
I have had a good experience with Shemed. I initially used a discount code from blue light. I found the app easy to use, i had guidance with my weight and blood test taken on the wednesday, which was extremely helpful. My blood results were quickly reviewed and returned by friday. I was given sent my prescription by the Saturday. The app itself is pretty good. It can be glitchy now and again. Theres lots of help and advice. The qr code for weighing in could do with being bigger to photograph at self check in. Maybe a bigger sticker would help. I am on week 3, have completed the self check ins and feel better and losing weight steadily. Pens are super easy to use. No massive side effects. So up to now all has been good. Cant fault it. I like the fact that they test your blood to see where your cholestral, blood sugar, liver etc is and gives a better picture of your overall health and send a copy of prescription to your Dr. The process has been thought through and ensures patient safety for this treatment. I would recommend at this point.
Very disappointing customer service
Very disappointing customer service! Signed up and unfortunately unable to proceed and was informed I would be refunded. Two weeks later and still no refund. Waiting for days for response, then informed nothing on account! Had to provide screenshots of the message from clinicians. Week later after providing information I am still chasing them. Now informed it will be another 5-10 days! Don’t trust and avoid at all costs

So far so good, they respond so quick and helpful. The jab is working slower than I thought but going in the right direction. The first jab you get you also get a little medical kit for side effects. Jabs arrive promptly. Really happy

Very good support professional guidance any issues with medication there is always contact information if you need questions answering feel safe and supported by clinicians and very helpful on weigh in day checking your medication is correct and the program tracks your progress on the SheMed app and gives you lots of information for you to know highly recommended
Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience – no results and poor customer service
I used SheMed’s programme for 4 months and unfortunately saw no results whatsoever. In fact, the treatment had the opposite effect on me — it increased my urge to snack and left me feeling hungry most of the time.
After raising this, I expected some level of support or at least a proper review of why the treatment didn’t work. Instead, I was simply offered another medication at an additional cost, with no option to trial it first. After already spending a significant amount over several months, this felt very unreasonable.
There was no accountability, no personalised support, and no real attempt to resolve the issue. It came across as more focused on selling another product rather than helping the customer.
Overall, a very frustrating experience and disappointing level of customer service. I would not recommend based on my experience.
