Always found shepper a great tool to earn extra cash, even when jobs are failed i find the feedback constructive

Great company to work for, great service and review team and a supportive central team that listens to feedback. Many different opportunities available and a variety of length of jobs.

The Shepper team are really easy to talk to and super helpful when needed.

The Shepper App makes everything so easy from booking jobs, training and keeping track of your earnings.

I only have one suggestion being that you can book the jobs for the next day after the locations have closed, ie being able to book jobs from 2100 on the 3rd for the 4th.

I know it does not take long to book jobs but when dealing with the school run, work, dog walking, general day to day it would just help a little.

Shepper is a great company to work for. The amount of work varies from time to time but every job is explained in detail as to what outcomes are expected. When things are not clear or one makes a mistake the team are always willing and able to assist. Occasionally a review might not meet the required standard but this is always explained and further opportunities always available.

It’s a very well organised company, the jobs are easy to do for decent pay. It’s good that you can withdraw your balance if you need to. The support staff have always been really helpful and friendly. It’s lots of fun as well, as the jobs are very varied and interesting. There used to be a lot more jobs available when I started a few years ago, but other than that it’s a fantastic experience! I don’t understand the bad reviews and low ratings but that happens with everything nowadays! Well done Shepper! I look forward to working with you for a long time to come!

Shepper has provided me with an extra source of income in which I can pick and choose which tasks to complete either local or afar which I enjoy, I love the fact I can get paid every month or withdraw money at any point if I wish. A reliable mystery shopping company with helpful members of staff.

I like that Shepper is an app because it makes it more accessible and you can do it on the go. Quite different to some other companies.It helps top up my wages but I do feel they have lost the plot a little bit recently. I can do a job one week and be passed, then do a job the same way another week and be failed. Seems to be worse at the moment. Maybe different staff????? I don’t feel myself enjoying the jobs quite as much anymore and the quality of the jobs seems to have dipped as if they're all being pushed out in a mad rush. Also needs to be said the Discord can become quite toxic at times because of certain people and it doesn't help that the company keeps censoring people who are simply expressing an opinion. I do really love doing work for Shepper but please jsut bite the bullet and remove the nasty few from the community, stop deleting comments that you don't like and also please get your guidance straight so we don’t get the blame for mistakes that aren’t ours.

I love working with Shepper, lots of local work with great pay. If you drive there is more work further a field. I feel well supported by the Shepper team, who are available to chat during jobs if you have questions.

Shepper is a great company to earn extra money. There are always varied jobs available & the support team are quick at responding to any queries during a task. Nikki & Fatimah are brilliant when messaging the bot with queries of jobs etc.

Shepper is great, it works really well for me needing flexible work. The office staff get back to you really quickly and they are really helpful and accomodating. The pay is quite good and you can get paid quite quickly. I definately recommend Shepper for anyone wanting flexible work.
