Blerim was very thorough in conducting a damp and mould survey for a commercial property we were considering letting. He was meticulous with his reporting, transparent and kind. He went above and beyond working tight timelines and ultimately saved us huge costs and aided our decision on whether to undertake the lease. He provided multiple solutions and took the care to really explain the potential work involved. Blerim is skilled and experienced but above all is just a great person to work with and with whom you can instil your trust.
