Parcel was left on the doorstep in full view of the road, spoke with evri and told to contact Shien…AGAIN as got nowhere first time.
Write on here and was asked by shien to contact them in regards to the issue.
Contacted them several times and told this morning there’s nothing they can do! No refund offers so I’m £88 down the drain with nothing to show for it!!!

Site offers free gifts for invitations. Once you're .01 cent away from winning it just keeps telling you one more invitation and you win. Then after sending the invite, it repeats over and over til you give up, never winning the gift. I sent out 36 invitations, it took over 90minutes and would never approve. I have spent over $400 dollars on this site in the last 15 days, skip their promotions, it's all a SCAM! I will consider spending my money elsewhere. Do Not recommend this company.
Returned $127 order
Returned $127 order. 3 months ago hav screenshot return verification received. Will not return money. They claim My Affirm held the payment WRONG. Affirm can't even retrieve my money. I have over 35 messages.They just keep replying the same thing, over n over
Customer service is difficult to use…
Customer service is difficult to use the packages can come with part of one order and parts of another and the return of item's is fairly easy but hard to do when they want combined orders in one (1) box / bag for returns. I will not shop with them ever again!
SheIn took my money delivered nothing
I've been ordering from shien for quite a while. And this Christmas i made a rather large order. I received all but two of the items 1 pair of pants and 1 bra. I contacted customer service and after dozens of e mails I finally got refunded for the 4$ bra. But they refuse to refund the $15.99 tee shirt. Just very saying that the package s marked delivered by the mail carrier. First if all the us postal service only makes a perfect delivery about 70% of the time so that leaves a large margin for error. And secondly. They admitted that the bra was not in the package because they refunded my money. But the tee shirt was in the same order! So all of it should have been delivered together. I don't know why they can't admit that the carrier or someone working packing the boxes I have e mailed several times to get resolve for this issue ( either a full refund or shien credit . I was actually told by one of the agents to send proof that I did not get the shirt. Other then going back in time and taking pics of the mail delivery person NOT delivering a pair of shoes I don't know how to do that. All I don't think I'm being unreasonable here in not wanting shien to just steal my money. I can't even get the agents to reply now! Don't let them steal your money

So disappointed that this particular package has not arrived. It is my Christmas coat for an important outdoor occasion. The reason for it not arriving makes no sense, wrong address … No … same one that every other package had and arrived no problem! Then told I have to talk to the dispatch office.. I have no clue who that is! Feel lost, don’t know how to proceed so disappointed ! Posting on Trustpulot!
Poor customer service
This is a review about shiens customer service. Whilst I appreciate this review isn’t all down to shien but also a delivery provider I feel that their customer service has been absolutely appalling.
My items ordered were delivered to outside communal flat doors on a busy road and resulted in them being stolen. Both shien and the delivery provider (Evri) are passing the buck to each other, even though evri have admitted liability for delivering the parcel wrong.
Primarily I understand this is Evris fault (in which I am in discussions with them) however my contract of purchase is with shien, (shiens contract is with evri) who are refusing to provide me a refund. Evri have stated I HAVE to go through shien for my refund. Shien are absolutely refusing, which I find appalling. None of this is due to me, and I am out of pocket and with no items.
Shien should be offering the refund and then claiming the money back from evri, in which their contract lies with, not mine!

This site is dangerous as once you start selecting, you just can’t stop 😂 good quality products. Bit of a problem to return an item but got there in the end. Just make sure your sizing is correct to avoid returning. Cheaper than Amazon too. I have bought clothes and kitchen items. All good

Great product for cheap prices
It was my first purchase with Shien and I was very pleased with the quality of the clothing and my phone case. It arrived in a timely manner as well! I highly recommend Shien and I will be making more purchases in the future!!
