Returned two parcels 3 weeks ago

Returned two parcels 3 weeks ago. I have proof of postage, photos, and CCTV from the shop. Shein's customer service has been absolutely appalling, saying there is nothing they will or can do about it. I have spoken to so many agents who keep closing the case. I have paid £91 for two parcels I returned. They won't help to try and locate the parcels or help with a refund. They completely do not understand what I am saying or help to resolve the situation. I have made a complaint to Trading Standards as Shein's communication and customer service skills are that poor. They are now investigating, but it shouldn't have to go this far. Great if you want cheap clothes but a nightmare customer service. I would absolutely avoid them and would rather pay the extra for good customer service.

Shien has worst customer support team…

Shien has worst customer support team ever being texting them since 30 th june about an issue with heels I bought cost 19e and heel came straight of them did refund me for heels bit not for medical expenses I was out as I sprained my ankle shien was willing to give me 100 points which is equivalent to 1 e for gesture of good will which I taught was redicilous maybe if they put expenses I was out in wallet to do some shopping but to offer some one 1e redicilous after them selling faulty goods

SHIEN SUNDAY DELIVERY PROCESSS

With SHIEN on Sundays if says it’s free delivery which isn’t even half true as you have to order half the shop about 80 dollars for you to actually get the free delivery and when you want just few items the delivery charge it about 20

So far so good ordered quite a few…

So far so good ordered quite a few items mostly clothing. All but a couple have been great quality and fantastic value. When I have returned items it has been easy and all refunds have been paid in a timely manner. As with all companies you never really get to know what they are truly like until something goes completely wrong, until then, they have been flawless so far.

Contacted shien regarding my tap asked me to send a video of it. Done that still no response from the company. They requested I returned it but as it was a plumber who fitted it which I had to pay for there isn't a chance this is happening.

Honest review

Familiar with this website, i always order for holidays or sometimes school supplies for kids always get my order correct Sometimes swimwear is slightly bigger then original ordered size but a few adjustments and fits like a glove! heard from some people there not always happy with there orders but i’ve never had bad experience Delivery takes a wee while and i wouldn’t pay £7 or so for next day so would order in advance other then that definitely recommend

Ordered a number of times, every order had most items missing, stuff need in the moment like holiday clothes etc so ive had to go out and get them kast minute it's a nightmare to speak to some on live chat but I was refunded, I've been on to order a few more things as I have £84.00 in my wallet and my account has been frozen an I can't get on to live chat at all I've submitted a ticket to be told it's frozen because to many orders,...I've ordered 8 times in the past 12 months, iregular address....it's come to the same address everytime I've ordered, and lastly for ordering different things???? Am sorry I didn't know I had to ask what I could order from you guys before hand!!! An I still wasn't told how long It would be frozen for!!!

Placed an order in September 2023

Placed an order in September 2023. Never received. Have been trying to get my refund ever since. Many emails, their answer is always the same, wait 7-10 days. Beware of this company, nothing but liars, crooks and thieves. Stay away.

I did not receive my order

This isn't the only time I ask Shane. The last time I ordered an order worth 180 euros, I was told that GLS would deliver my order and not DHL, and they sent me a message stating that they did not find me at home and that they left the special order at my neighbor’s house. I do not know which neighbor they are referring to, and I am talking to them while they are at home. Every time they tell me that they left my order with the neighbors, I asked all the neighbors and they said that they did not receive it, they were supposed to put it in the parcel receiving center.

THIEVES

I ORDERED 8 ITEM'S FROM SHIEN AND 7 WERE MISSING AND THEY WON'T REFUND ME THEY SAY THEY ARE ALL DELIVERED BUT THEY CAN'T PROVE IT. THEY ARE THIEVES DO NOT USE THEM IM REPORTED THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS AND IVE ASKED FOR PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE THAT MY ITEMS WERE PACKED INTO THE BAG AS SHEIN SAID THERE WAS NOTHING MISSING !!!!!

Good luck with missing items

I purchased several items totalling over £100 - most party decorations plus a few things for the home. When the parcel arrived two items were missing. I followed the online process advising of the missing items. I got a very quick reply (within 48 hours) saying that they have checked and the items were in the parcel, case closed! I have repeatedly tried to contact them via email on the online chat but have had no reply to my email and can get no where on their chatbot, or what it is called! On the service records page it states 'after verification, your parcel was complete at the time of dispatch, we suggest you check your parcel again or contact the logistics provider to resolve the issue'. Shien basically called me a liar and told me to contact the 'logistics provider'? I ordered from Shien, they are responsible, they are the provider. What do they think - the delivery company carefully opened my parcel and removed 2 of the 30+ items and then sealed it back up again?

I had a lovely long list of items in my wish list but after this experience I will NEVER purchase anything from Shien again. This company is a disgrace.

Had a dispute re damaged parcel and…

Had a dispute re damaged parcel and missing item which had either fallen out or was stolen. Wasn't expensive but it's the principle. I contacted both them and Klarna immediately with photographic evidence and they have refused a replacement or refund. I will never use Shien again and quite frankly dissapointed in lack of support from Klarna. I have used both companies many times why would I not pay. Disgusting service from them both.

Customer service finally answered, but goods delivered somewhere else!!

The customer service finally answered me, after new 2 mails i sent. They gave me a tracking number which i checked. See there, it says delivered in Vienna, whereas i live in Linz and my mailing adress is same! I dunno if this is some kind of joke. Ordered in September, many many emails exchanged -some answered, many ignored! Definitely not buying anything in Shien anymore! I would highly appreciate if i get reimbursed!!!

I have bought several pretty things form Shien, but some orders never arrived. Also, the quality is not the best.
I ordered a package back in 2022 and I got no updated on it and i never received it.
