Gabriella was quick to reply, asked if cost was a barrier and offered to find a solution to keep my business. In the end it was about the former so without further pushing or guilting like you see with other services to keep the account got my request to cancel completed right away.

Too pricey from what I experienced- lack of interaction/communication
Honestly, the price point is a bit high considering the lack of communication. I didn't even realize I had paid 3 months. However, when I reached out to customer service Abram responded quickly every time. Once I interacted with a human I felt better-taken care of.

Maybe not for everyone
I realize my injuries do not work well with the workouts- there is no way I can do burpee’s- hahaha. I think having some alternative exercises would be good. A little more motivated fitness instructors too. Looks like the first set of 5 burpees were just as difficult for the Instructor.

I had a great experience with customer service. I cancelled my subscription & it was an easy process. My reasons for cancellation were simply that I didn't use the app as much as I had hoped. The person on customer service offered to help personalize the app to my level of use which was super nice. I still cancelled for my own reasons, but after declining he didn't try to push the app or prevent me from cancelling.
