I used shine and it is most relevant portal. As a recruiter i will recommend everyone to use it.

Shine is only asking for money again and again in the name of “processing.” First, they take money saying it’s required for the process, and once that is paid, they demand more again. This is completely unfair and feels like a scam. Do not apply or trust them — they will just keep asking for money without giving any real service.

Scam. I've never registered on that website, yet they have my personal info from 10 years ago

It's big-big fraud. Initially they asked to pay Rs. 3657/-, then they call back and book 40-45 min. slot for viva. As per slot timing one of their Relationship Manager (RM) call and initially asked for basic questions like tell me about your education and entire journey of jobs. Then they finally start the mind game and take you into confidence and said that they will assist you to achieve your target job as per your job location preferences and with salary package even more than your expectations. And says in order to get this your education and jobs profile history (as mentioned in your resume) need to be verified and for that you have to pay one tim charge of Rs. 4673 for education and Rs. 9556 for Job Profile Verification. Once you pay these amount, RM gets confident that you are got into their trap and says now in order to get your best job they will assist you into Executive Level Resume Writing Services and says to pay Rs. 15451 and Rs. 24779 for Jobs on the Move. Once you pay these amount RM says you needs to pay Rs. 32567 which includes Price Job and Interview Assistance + Linkedin Profile Summary creation + Career Assessment Test with Expert Counselling. Than RM says
your resume is not ATS (Applicant Tracking System) friendly and will get rejected by 99% of the recruiters/ consultants, so in order to make your resume ATS friendly you needs to pay Rs. 37200/-.
I had done till these steps and then finally got exhausted and disconnected the call and complained in my cc bank and cyber cell.

I would like to report a fraudulent experience with Shine. Initially, they charged me ₹3300 for their service. Without providing any prior information or consent, they are now demanding an additional ₹5700. At no point was I informed about these extra charges in advance. This is misleading and unethical, as the complete cost should have been clearly communicated before taking any payment. I request immediate action against this practice and a resolution to my case.

Shine.com reached out to me at a very vulnerable stage, where I was desparately looking for job opportunities. The package initially cost me Rs. 3.5k. Then came a guy by the name Vicky Goyal. He is a very smooth talker- I have to give him that. Slowly step by step he started billing me for different services. The total amount of about Rs. 1.5 lakhs were taken from me, promising a service like no other.
The moment the payments were cleared, Shine.com initially reached out to me asking me preference and what not. They designed a resume' and a executive bio for me as well. Then they assigned some really useless courses to me in the name of skill development. After that, there was radio silence. I would not get through the people who were assigned to me. I started to realise that it was a big scam, and I was a victim of it.
I request everyone of you to please be patient and think a 100 times before shelling out your hard-earned money to these scammers. Always know that there are no services in India who can get you job for a price.
This experience with Shine.com was a big learning experience for me. I struggled to make the payments for the money I paid to shine.com. I made a impulsive mistake of trusting them, but now I learnt my lesson

I will report your all team members with proofs about their malpractices to entice and trap prospective people and robbing their hard earned money in lump sum with deception who are desperately looking for good employment opportunities, to PMO - Prime minister's office, finance minister's office and to your Managing Director including higher authorities of HT Media Ltd too by tomorrow.

Your all team members at front desk took almost Rs 19000/- money from me by deceiving me and raising proforma invoices one after the another on me without advance complete clarification even after my repeated requests and warnings from my side and deceiving me by giving me assurance and fake promises that no further invoice will be raised from their side and that invoice was the only one amount that is required to get job opportunities.

You all will regret your actions for engaging in fraudulent activities to earn your bread by snatching from another people in need.

Your bad karma will come back to all of you who has done this to me.

I demand an immediate refund of all the money paid by me against three invoices raised on me because I don't want to get engaged in any services from such a disgraceful group of company.

Totally fake website they are told me first you pay 3200 then they ask for more money and after that they ask secondary money to activate earlier app.
I had launch this complaint in cyber cell fraud units and i am lawyer, i will definitely fill complaint on tomorrow to the consumer court for my dispute.

I highly wish I could rate Shine.com a negative 10. I paid for their subscription and I did not get any support or service from them. Before you pay they would say that they would provide all assistance that is under the sky and the moment you are done with the payment you are completely a stranger to them. Zero support and the job postings that are there in their site are completely misleading and irrelevant to your experience. Also they do not give any refunds. It is definitely a fraud site.

These are fraud specially Vijay and Aakash. They are providing the false commitment and after charging they are role back there commitment. They are making fraud with the customers. Zero worth it and not even try to talk. They are the losers and not even know how to provide the services. Worst worst services

I lost around 1.2 laks, my refund dates being pushed, first I was informed I will get my refund in 45 hrs than I was given a date and then to clarify that I contacted them now they said 45days, I feel this is a scam.

Worst services.You will never get any call from any recruiter... Shine will charge hefty amount for the services but wont benefit even 1%. Please never take their services for job search. Its a scam. If zero rating was there, I would have given that. You will have to run behind the relationship manager,they will keep telling you to be active on portal. Despite being active also no calls. They are just looting money. They say profile is additionally shared with 1000 plus recruiters but you will never get a single call from any recruiter despite their profile preparation. Guys believe me.. better do own job search but never ever waster your money on these scammers.
