Do not buy! Mine still haven’t arrived after 2 months and trying to get a refund is a joke!

I really wish I had read the reviews before wasting £30 on this product! Its like painting your nails with a felt tip pen! Colours not what I expected, chipped easily, and when I took it off with the recommended normal remover, my nails were, are, stained. Not happy with the product at all, if your thinking of purchasing this product, think about spending you hard earned dough on nail polish instead!

Total waste of money. As others have said the colours are not what they show they will be. The colour comes off almost immediately. Very poor quality. You may as well use ordinary felt tips. I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews before making my purchase. It should be a zero star rating.

I ordered 3 boxes unfortunately some of the colours are also duplicated it would be ok if they were nice colours but when you put 2 coats on they go a brown colour. The blue colour is ok the reds are hit and miss. All in all I would not purchase again, the concept is a great
idea the execution of the colours are very poor.
Update: despite contacting them via their Fb page they have not got the decency to reply, a company that do not respond to queries or complaints are not worth dealing with.

Dreadful product! DO NOT WASTE your money. Wish I had looked on Trustpilot before I purchased. This product is an absolute con. No instructions in the pack, had to email to ask them and they sent me a video and trust me the application is NOTHING like what happens in the video. It never stays on your nails no matter what you try to do and basically you cannot wash your hands AT ALL if you want this product to stay on. Fuming I spent £30 on this!

Will not recommend. It really does feel like colouring your nails with Felt pens and applying an overcoat of nail polish. If you wash your hands often during the day, then the paints wash off leaving your fingers looking ghastly by the end of the day.

Appalling. Colours do not remotely resemble the colours advertised. Not even close. I complained and was gaslighted about how colour pigmentation shows up differently on different screens and a single coat will be lighter. So I replied showing them photos of their stock photo for "Ruby" and then a single coat of each finger with the colours in my box. Not one single colour is even a little bit close to those advertised. No response, so starting a chargeback via my creditcard company.

Received order the colours wasn't even nearly the same, I ordered the set with the pinks in it they were more like a really deep horrible red, I applied it to my nails and it looked horrendous it was like I'd coulred my nails with felt tip pens, really disappointing. I emailed them and requested a full refund, I was given some tips on how to apply which I had already done and was offered a £5 refund, I found this very insulting I then emailed back numerous times and got nothing back so I messaged them on Facebook messenger they replied quite quickly and they gave me a full refund and told me I could keep the pens. The refund has gone in my bank today and the pens in the bin, the best place for them. I wish I'd have read these reviews before I purchased but at least I got my money back.

Received my set last week, sat down tonight to use them. So disappointed, they are nothing like the colour shown on their website.
I’ve gone over them twice and they still look streaky and why on earth would I want a black pen in an amethyst set.
Wish I’d read trust pilot reviews first. Don’t understand people giving them 5 stars, they must as fake as the product

I put a order in 4th July still waiting, took my money right away, they haven't answered any emails messages, Think they are scamers, there address is local, so why is it taking so long,

Absolutely awful product. So disappointed. Poor coverage, wrong colours. Disgusting

Not impressed absolute rubbish. Followed tutorial very watery do not give good coverage. Very similar yo highlighter pen. Leaves nails stained when removed. This product should be removed from the market total rip off.

I ordered the Amyethist colours and on receiving them found I had just been sent random awful colours, I have emailed the company 3 times and had no response.
I choose the nicest colour to see how well they worked and was horrified when I woke up the next morning and found that most of the colour had come off, ( I had watched numerous videos and followed the to the letter)
Very very disappointed with the product and the lack of response.

Horrible colours nothing like the Ruby I ordered When applied uneven and blotchy Removed immediately and now have stained nails and cuticles Lesson learned

If I could give this product 0 I would the colours are absolutely horrific so is the product. There patchy and like colouring your nails with very cheap felt tips!!

You wont to remove the product asap and when you do it leaves horrible stains!!

I’ve sent 3 emails to customer service without any replies at all.

Update : I have at last had a reply from customer service offering me a £5 discount 😂 and saying sometimes colours look different on camera also they have not had any problems like this before ,, ‘’ do they not read negative reviews’ what a total joke trading standards here we go!!,

Product received is nothing like the advert. Ruby set is varying shades of dirty rust brown. No response to request for a refund and which address you need to send them back to (as per their website instructions).
Am reporting to trading standards, FB and PayPal resolution to get my money back.
You have been warned, do not waste your money!!!!!

While what I received was as advertised, the product is not at all what they claim it to be. Thinks using a watercolour pen on your nails.
After two coats and top coat they started chipping straight away. Lesson learned, should have researched it more but that’s ok. Don’t pay £30 for it!

Awful product, wish I had come on here before buying. Chipped within about an hour and stained my nails pink when I removed them. Absolutely nothing like gel nails at all. I would describe it as coloured tippex that you cover with cheap clear nail polish.

Do not buy these! They are like putting highlighters on your nails leave a very uneven coat. Tried to leave a bad review on their website but they review the reviews so obviously don't let any negative reviews go through...

Products not as described and the returns policy is extremely concerning. The address given is different to the one on the website and is in a completely different part of the UK and is also a residential property. The return is never collected by the company and had to open a dispute with PayPal to obtain a refund.
