Ordered my shine galore pens on the 7 June received an email saying they were processing my order saying 5-7 days delivery received nothing as yet !!! Terrible customer service sent 3 emails no reply .you buy in good faith they take your money and then if there is a problem they don't want to know .my advice 7f the customer service is useless don't buy

Appalling product
Appalling product. Absolute waste of money. You need at least 3 coats of the watery product on and then the pen rubs the previous coat off. Complete waste of £29.99. Do not waste your money. I gave one star as giving zero stars isn't an option!!!

Needed 3 coats to get even decent coverage, no shine even with 2 topcoat, chips galore after 18 hours.
Colours quite cheap and nasty too.

Not good - lasted 24 hours and stains really badly
It took a while for the nail pens to arrive but I did get them. My daughter painted her nails with the pens and they looked ok, but only after the top coat. Less than 48 hours later the varnish has all worn off (and for over 12 hours of that time she was in bed with a migraine, barely moving!). My nails looked dreadful and I had to remove the varnish before even getting to the top coat. But you can't get the varnish off, it stains and all the ends of my fingers were blue for 24 hours. I've had to repaint my nails with ordinary varnish to cover it up. Shame, as I really liked the idea. But I've definitely wasted £29.99
