Not another Chinese company selling crap . Just like Milk and Choco infact it's probably the same company . If the price looks cheap on line then there's your answer.....it's a scam .buy from a shop where you can see and feel the quality

Ordered what I hoped were matching green sweater and leggings, took ages to arrive, sweater came first,sizing ok, less chunky than I hoped in fact quite thin but still comfortable,leggings arrived a week later, will keep them but disappointed, flimsy, printed not embroidered pattern as hoped and colour does not come close to matching the sweater , shame this couldve been a stunning outfit

Lower than one star. I ordered 3 items for my wife. Two items arrived and they were of very poor quality. The third item has not arrived. We put the items in the charity bag straight away. I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company.

Awful quality clothes- their clothes are labelled miss look which has an even worse trust pilot review - I got a jumper from there that was supposedly hand knitted but it was awful cheap material and fitted terribly - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I will never, never buy from a company, selling on Facebook. Expensive and looks great on the model. In reality; cheap, shoddy and not worth the money. Lesson learnt

I bought a tshirt and sweater/jumper. They are just awful. Nasty fabric and was just a flat out lie about the jumper, which it states is knitted. No, it's not.

It's just an ugly print on cheap material. I can't be bothered sending it back, so will just use it to decorate in.

Just nasty - don't buy from here, it's a joke.

Leggings were nice but far too big. Im a 12 and ordered 12 according to sizds stated and they were very wide and baggy. No wont order from them again. Terrible

I would not even give it one star terrible i ordered a coat they sent me a piece of rag nothing like picturecat all. I wish i could post the picture on here. They said i could send it back costing me £33 and then theyd refund the full amount!! Been back and forth with emails to them all week offering me 10% theb 15% then 25% and now 50% back of what i paid. The advertisment is clearly misleading to say the least the coat was £39 plus P&P.
Steer clear of this site quite simply a rip off cheating firm.

Have been waiting 3 weeks for my order. The app told me it was out for delivery but then returned to sender as they had tried to deliver it 3 times in one morning. This is a blatant lie as I work at the front of my house and no one attempted to deliver anything. Company not interested and Hermes (the courier) will only let you talk to a Holly (automated message) who only tells me what the app says. Avoid the company and Hermes at all costs. Absolute con...

Shinesand is a fraud. I ordered a jumper and a thin cheap top arrived with a print similar to the pattern of the jumper on it. The top was also very faulty. They have refused a full refund and want me to pay to send it back. DO NOT BUY from this site. They also trade under other names so always check the reviews. They are based in China.

The material is nothing like the pictures, a very thin coat. Fleece sweatshirt material, the colours in the back is our TV showing through the coat!

lovely colour jumper but shape different to the website and the fabric is pure acrylic and poor quality. you have to email to request a return authorisation. my first email bounced straight back - still waiting on the second. its a shame as the website showed lovely quality

The quality is poor, the stitching is poor, the colours are not like the photos , the material is more polyester than cotton even when it’s says cotton blend - very little cotton . The delivery of part of my order arrived 2/1/21 when it was ordered 12/12/20. Still waiting for the rest of my order to be dispatched. The make label looks trashy ( not a word I use lightly at all!) I think it comes form Hong Kong but not sure . The returns say can’t return final sale items (my order were ‘sale’ price - but no idea if “final sale price) and only get full refund if cancel in first 24 hours - even though it’s taken weeks to partly arrive . I have sent a complaint and awaiting a reply. Usually get replies form customer sales 3 am UK time - so if you email them usually they reply by next morning which is ok - but I would not have bought the tops even for the sale price if I’d seen them in a shop due to the cheapness of the look.
I did have second thoughts when I placed my order but decided to have some faith . DO NOT BUY from Shinesand if you want nice looking tops, sadly Cheap and nasty . Not sure it’s worth returning items to Honk Kong as imagine I will have to pay returns and then may not get full refund and then probably wait to see if they agree a full refund.

This website is a disgrace and clearly a scam website. The items I bought did not look anything like the items in the photographs on their website. I saw this website advertised on Instagram and the items looked amazing. The items I ordered were supposed to be vintage knitted gloves. Instead of what I was expecting, I received gloves that were neither knitted nor vintage! It looked like someone had photocopied a picture on cheap material. I will be talking to PayPal about this rip off website and reporting them to the consumer watchdog!

This is clearly a scam site which I only realise now! Sucked in from Facebook advert with great pictures of jumpers for Xmas and then promises of delivery which have never been met. My only advice is do not buy from this site - I am putting my purchase transaction in dispute with my credit card.....

Ordered a jumper on 1st December. Has not arrived. To track orders, you have to download an app, which I am not happy to do. Company have no idea where my order is or when it will arrive. Do not buy from this company

This is a scam operative!! The items I received are entirely unwearable and nowhere close to the quality, material, fit or design of those advertised on the website. I'm still waiting 9 days to get a response to my request for a refund. Not a legit clothes store! 😡❌❗
