I fear I have been ripped off. I ordered over £100 of clothes for family Christmas presents on 12/12. It is 29/12 and nothing has been delivered. No replies from their customer service. According to Royal Mail - they haven't even despatched the order. Please don't make the same mistake as me.

Warning. Complain to Facebook
Retaliate. Go to the shinesandstore page on Facebook and report the page. If enough do this hopefully they will take down. Also see EvaEmily. Same company same poor experience.
Warning: I didn't pay for anything and, having placed an order, cancelled it before the 24hr time limit and got my money back and so that is why I've given my stars. But I don't think this is a good company to buy from.
I had second thoughts about this company and went back to check their T&Cs. I've not looked since so these may have changed, however at the time the t&cs said I'd get money back less 15% if I cancelled after 24hrs - highly unusual. I cancelled inside the 24hr period and my transaction was credited, so all good for me. BUT the email from the company replying to my initial cancellation urged me to keep the order for an additional 20% discount, which again seemed unusual. I'm writing this review as, having seen the others posted already, I think a warning is warranted.

Terrible quality, late delivery
I ordered 3 items on 3 Dec, by 24 Dec only one had arrived. It is a Christmas jumper and is synthetic shiny yarn and pale blue, not at all like the deeper blue in the picture. I was stupid ordering from a company without reading reviews.

Terrible experience. I ordered a jumper for my wife for Christmas on 6th December. Still hasn't arrived by Christmas Eve. Very disappointing
