So far so good! I had to do a second round of impressions. That just tells me that you are very particular and want to give me the best product that you can! My first set I waited to long to start the impression and I didn't leave them in long enough. Looking forward to the next step!

The process for making the impressions…
The process for making the impressions was good. I would like to see the turn around for getting the veneers a little quicker though. Not sure of the process but 3-5 weeks seems a little long to me. Haven't received the venneers yet so we will leave another review after I see how they fit.

The process is fairly easy. However, there seems to be only 2 sizes for the mouthpiece; 1 too large & 1 too small. There should be a size between these 2.

I am Still Hopeful...
I was really excited about the new veneers but when I finally got them, they didn't fit as well as I had hoped. I didn't freak out...I simply hope I can get another impression done. Unfortunately I sent all of what had been sent to me back, with the inmpression, not knowing I would be able to use the extras to try the impression again. I am hoping I can have the kit sent back to me...

Going on over 6 month now. Have watched Video over 20 times, they keep rejected and charge you 22 dollars, 2 set to big to even use. Good look trying to talk to someone in customer service. I don’t know anyone who have received the veneers they charge you for veneers you will never receive and keep charging you 22 dollars. BUYER BE AWARE

We’re very sorry to hear how frustrated you are, especially after spending this much time trying to complete the impression process. We understand how discouraging it can feel to have impressions rejected more than once, and we sincerely apologize for the stress this has caused.
We do want to clarify why our lab holds such a high standard for impressions. Since our veneers are custom-made directly from the molds provided, the final fit, comfort, and appearance depend heavily on the accuracy of those impressions. If an impression does not clearly capture the teeth and gumline, approving it for production could result in veneers that do not fit properly. For that reason, our lab may reject impressions and request new ones rather than move forward with a product that is unlikely to work for the customer.
We also want to clarify that our goal is never to delay the process or keep charging a customer unnecessarily. That would only create more frustration and damage the customer experience, which is the opposite of what we want. From what we can see, after your initial impressions were rejected, a free kit was also provided to help you continue the process and give you another chance to complete the molds correctly.
We also offer a free video call support service for customers who are having difficulty with the impression process, so a team member can guide them through the steps and help improve the chances of getting an impression approved.
That said, we completely understand that this has not felt smooth or easy from your side, and we apologize if you had difficulty reaching our support team. We want to make sure your case is reviewed properly from here.
A supervisor from our Escalations Department will be reaching out to you directly to review what happened and make sure you are taken care of.

My shiny veneers are amazing the overall costumer service could be better as far as getting in touch with someone by phone because I was never able to reach anyone by phone but when I sent a email I usually got a reply back within 24hrs the impression was pretty much by the instructions even though it took me two impression kits for them to accept it but once they were accepted it took them 3 weeks to complete the process for the veneers and another week for them to ship it to me and when I received the veneers I was satisfied with it I actually love them they fit perfect they are not to big they don’t slip off I can drink with them in not so much eat though because I’m scared of messing them up but I’m happy with them

Impressions were pretty easy
Impressions were pretty easy. I received the veneers and the bottoms didn’t fit and the top looked very unnatural. I sent a message and was immediately responded to, the next set are hopefully in the works. So far my experience has been a good one.

I am very happy with the Shiny Smile Service
I am very happy with the service that Shiny Smile Veneers offered. My bottom impression was accepted on first try. We had difficulty with the top impressions. Shiny Smile offered a video appointment with one of the technicians to walk me through getting a good impression and it was accepted. I have received the bottom veneers and they look terrific! When you order them it don't take a long time for the kit to come.
I have to say it seemed like a couple of days and they were mailed out to me, after ordering them. I'm now waiting on them to be made. I was so scared to take this step but yet optimistic. I'm so tired of hiding my smile, I have lost my Mom recently and I am just getting back into the swing of things . I'm so ready for this great blessing. To be able to smile again means the world to me. I've read that Shiney Veneers are the #1 clip on veneers, so I'm very hopeful that they'll come back perfect for me.

Horrible, might as well go to the Halloween store and buy fake teeth. The tops don't fit AT all, and then they want pics, how the heck can I take pics trying to hold them in with one hand and take pic with the other. The bottom set partially fit but look so fake, I am so sorry I wasted my money. They offered to remake, this is to much stress for fake looking teeth. Then you send a email, you get a ai reply and in 2 days you might get a response from a person but it's as if they never read the email that was sent as it's the same reply every time.

We do want to clarify why our team requests photos or videos when there is a fit, appearance, or comfort issue. Because each set is fully custom-made from the customer’s impressions, our lab needs to see exactly how the veneers sit on the teeth in order to determine what needs to be corrected. Notes alone are often not enough to properly assess issues such as looseness, bulkiness, bite closure, tooth shape, or how the veneers align in the mouth.
We understand that taking photos can be difficult when a set does not stay in place, but even a short video or a few clear images can help our team identify the issue and determine the best remake or adjustment path.
We also sincerely apologize that the communication experience did not feel satisfactory. You should not feel like your concerns are being answered with repeated or generic responses. From what we can see, a supervisor from our Escalations Department has already reached out directly to review your case and make sure you are taken care of as quickly as possible.
We genuinely want to help resolve this properly and make sure your concerns are reviewed by the right team.

I just received my veneers 2 days ago and I must say they are even better than I expected. I put them in and could not believe what I was seeing. I haven’t been this happy with myself or smile in years. All I have wanted to do is smile and show off my new look to the world. It did take me a few times to get the impressions right and although it was frustrating at times, the shiny smile team assured me they were there at my side to help get me through it all and were very patient with me even when I was upset. Right when I almost gave up they were there to make things better and it all worked out. I’m so very happy with the end result. So worth the wait.

I have been dealing with Shiny Smiles Veneers for months with the delay all due to my own inability to correctly make my molds and suffering facial injury issues that kept me from following up. The employees and the AI assistant have been so understanding and helpful to finally get my impressions and pictures to the lab and are working on my Veneers now...I am sure I will be satisfied with my new smile soon...I will followup with another review as soon as I receive them in the following weeks...

Solving My Dental
My teeth have been a problem my entire life and I found myself in the position of having to replace my bottom teeth. Since I was not willing to spend the thousands of dollars that was being quoted I decided to not go the implants route and decided to research the veneer went approach and chose a competitor of Shiny Smile.
I ordered an impression kit and submitted the mold. After quite a while I received the veneers and was disappointed with the fit and look. After much research I chose to try again with Shiny Smile and received the veneers in a timely manner, they fit perfectly and I once again am pleased with my smile. The customer service has been great and the cost reasonable, so reasonable I’ve ordered a back up set just in case my dog eats this one. I recommend this company highly.
