I was very impressed with how easy the process was. The instructions were clear and easy to follow when making the impressions and I received my Veneers very quickly. They fit perfectly and look very natural. I am very happy to be able to smile again. Excellent customer service. The response time was fast and they want to make sure your experience is smooth and you Are happy.

Purchased them and had problems with the fit. No refunds. They have horrible customer service.
Called for three months waited an hour on the phone and got a voicemail that was full and won’t take any message. They are very plastic like and thick.

I've been dealing with this since February of this year. I got veneers the tops do not fit . So I ask after 60 days of arguing with them to refund my money, so they offered to send me a free kit to try the top molds again, which like a dummy I fell for it. I am still waiting and fighting to get my top veneers or my money back. You can never get anyone on the phone wait on hold for 2 and a half hours, next time almost 3 hours. Emails are not answered correctly. I hate this. I'm still waiting. Don't bother with this company, the lady in the teaching video has perfect teeth ,so if you don't have perfect teeth for perfect molds don't bother with this company. Very sad experience.

I have always struggled with how my teeth looked. I got the veneers to improve my confidence. When I got my veneers, I FINALLY had that. They were beautiful. Snug fit. They look natural. And I was able to eat softer foods with them. Then they broke. 😕 I contacted customer service and they have helped me every step. I love that they explain why they can or can’t do something. They offer different solutions when/if needed, which is awesome! I’m in the process of having them remade. I can’t wait to get them. 🙂

The communication between me and the staff was timely and efficient which made the whole process easy, smooth, and no surprises. I highly recommend them!

I have seen in my first impressions as well as my photos, and they were accepted. Thank goodness for the video… I watched it not twice but three times to make sure that I was doing it correctly. And the response time so far at getting back to me has been amazing and quick. Now the wait begins for my veneers to get here. I’ve been so self-conscious of my smile so I can’t wait to receive them!!

I like the way they sent a video of how to do your impressions. It took several times, but we will see when I get my veneers in the mail.

I ordered these thinking for the first time I might actually like my smile, upon receiving the box, the first thing I notice is that it has a warning about having a crown (which I have) then I tried to use the mouth piece and they are way too big, I have a small mouth and even the smallest one was too big it chocked me, I tried to ask for a refund and they are telling me No because I had the box of supplies longer then 14 days, I wouldn't have ordered at all if I had known that the puddy can break loose the crown.

Thus far the entire process has been smooth and the communication has been honorable, I’m a few weeks out from receiving my snap on veneers so I will keep you all posted!

My experience has been great so far! The impression process was easy to use and the how-to video was helpful. I'm now anxiously awaiting my teeth!

The process is fairly simple, it took me a couple tries to get the impression correct. Just be mindful, you have to pay for additional impression kits. Other than that everything else has gone well.

BUT....
Due to an accident I had a broken smile for years and due to the high cost of dentistry for crowns and caps, I went years without smiling. Also, coffee and age made my smile rather dull.

I started reading reviews of Shiny Smile, and after a long debate with myself, I decided to order the top veneer to see if it was acceptable to expensive alternatives.

I had problems using the impression kit, so it took two kits to finallly get an impression that worked.

It took 4 weeks, and when they came, I was apprehensive. After putting them on, I was impressed. They looked FANTASTIC. Natural looking, not overly bright, bright white. I ordered the "pearl".
They looked real. and certainly white.
I admit they felt very strange at first, but subsequent wearings, that feeling went away.

I ordered the bottom veneer that same day. They look just as good as the uppers. And fit like a glove.

I had 4 months delay in wearing them due to some personal medical issues, but I wear them everyday now.

Best very affordabe investment I've made in my teeth for a long time.

I'd have given 4.6-5 stars, but for the often extreme lengths of time it can take to contact customer service. When you do get through, they really take as much time as needed to solve problems, answer any questions, and create a great experience.
Great personal service...though.

I'd recommend SS to anyone looking for a natural smile and a huge boost in confidence in how they think they look.

I have always been embarrassed by my smile. As I have aged, my teeth have gotten so much worse. I’ve tried whitening them, but the stains never go away. I’ve had some bonding done on my front teeth and over time it has discolored and receded. I cover my mouth when I smile and have done so for many years. I could not afford to have a dentist do veneers on my teeth. It’s so expensive and insurance does not cover much of the cost. When I saw the ad for Shiny Smile Veneers, I was skeptical, but so tired of hiding my smile. Tired of being embarrassed. I figured I would give it a try. The process of making the impressions was not difficult. The instructions were laid out very clear. I was so excited to receive them in the mail, but still skeptical that they would look unnatural. I was amazed with the way that they fit perfectly over my teeth. They snap on and I don’t ever feel like they will loosen or fall out. And my smile!!! It speaks for itself! I finally feel confident with my appearance! I cannot thank Shiny Smiles for giving me my life back. If you are skeptical of ordering, I completely understand, but you can trust me when I tell you that it is worth every penny! I highly recommend this product! They help you with every step of the process and respond quickly to any questions you may have. I’m ordering another set as I do not ever want to feel embarrassed about my smile again!

The veneers better then I thought they would be. Great company . They respond fast to emails and keep you informed. I am glad I choose ShinySmiles. When they say they are the best you can trust in that.

The staff was patient with me and helped me manuver through the impression process after several attempts. It was a success and I would recommend Shiny Smiles because I love the way my vaneers fit and look.

I ordered it, package came in a couple days, took one impression of top and bottom, sent it back same day, and it got accepted. Anyone complaining about the impression is doing it wrong. When u go to the dentist it’s not comfortable. Getting a proper impression is not meant to be as pleasant as eating a steak. Do it right, and you’ll have no issue.

Through my error, I selected the wrong veneer shade. Despite the shade, the veneers fit perfectly and looked natural. After contacting their customer service department, I received timely responses and they made the extra effort to send me a complimentary remake. Shine Smile Veneers has an excellent customer service department.

The customer service team is quick to respond to any question or inquiry I have submitted! The shipping on the impression kit was really fast and a quick turnaround. Well, I didn't get my impressions accepted. The first time I did get them accepted the second time and it was definitely use an error that prevented the first ones from being accepted. After watching the videos and getting my second kit, I was able to successfully submit my impressions and now my veneers are in production. I can't wait to receive them!! Thank upu Shiny Smile!
