I have just purchased a Gul Cross 10’ 7” Inflatable Paddle Board iSUP Package from Shipmates, and would like to say that I was very impressed with the service from the company - really helpful discussion with the staff on the phone and by e-mail about the product before the purchase (including responding to an email I sent at 10:30 in the evening within half an hour!), and prompt delivery. Can’t comment on the iSUP itself yet because we haven’t used it yet, but it looks great, all the bits were there and it didn’t go down when we pumped it up and left it over night, so all good.

I live 200 ish miles west in Fowey but between here and Cowes you’ll not find a more honourable sales team at a company who’s ethics are 100% Customerservice.
Their excellent product knowledge makes buying from Shopmates totally worry free even online as you can call the very friendly staff for good advice prior to any purchase .
The delivery times are very fast and the website is a dream to browse with such a diverse range of chandlery products at extremely competitive prices too.
In modern times it’s quite lovely to find old fashioned values in a shop where you can walk in off the street , or order online .

Amazing service, I have to admit my mouth was wide open when the doorbell rang and Royal Mail was delivering my parcel which I only ordered the morning before, so thank you Shipmates. Hubby was also impressed and I told a few friends and my daughter about the brilliant service.

The price was amazing I ordered Dudes for myself, they are wonderful footwear these are my 3rd pair of Dudes now, my hubby also wears them, these we’re always out of stock when I’ve searched for them as a popular pair Wendy doodles, I love them.
