Worst Umbrella company ever
Worst Umbrella company ever. Worked 7 days for gross £840 and left with £579 take home. Questioned it with staff member who was suppose to ring me back but never. Quit the job the very next day. Will never use them again.
If there was a zero stars I would have given them that!

All Umbrella companies have an Assignment Rate they charge the agency for each worker.
From this Assignment Rate, statutory employer costs and our fee are deducted.
The amount that is left is your Gross pay, of which you then pay your personal statutory taxes.
Any member of our staff would explain this to you, as it is industry standard across all compliant companies who provide umbrella employment services.

After supplying confidential ID tax and bank details to this company, they persistantly send more emails to fill in the details again after a confirmation email was sent they recieved them. Team leader demonstrated no interest in listening to the concerns, instead talks over customer insistent on getting their point across, talking at me threatening i resend the details or no payment, then passing the problem to someone else to deal with who then passes to a 3rd person who claims the shipshape emails are not sent by them and furthermore shipshape do not request personal information.
I now have contacted a solicitor to deal with this matter.
Identity theft is high, this company are accountable for loosing personal documentation.

As detailed clearly to you in writing, we were trying to explain to you that legally and physically we cannot process payment to you without your bank details or the signing of our contract.
This would be non compliant and not something we will even consider. I have also listened to the telephone call recording where you claim you were threatened. This simply is not true.
We asked for your tax code or P45, so that you would not be deducted emergency tax.
The time between our email explaining all this to you and that the emails you referred to were auto reminders from Signable, for your contract to be signed (not for your personal details as you claim) and you writing this unjust review; you signed your contract even though you had the option to be paid by another company if you were not happy with us.
However, you have still not provided any details or a copy of the 'email form' you say you received, have completed and returned with your 'personal details'. I can confirm again, we do not have any such form.
If you had simply sent a copy of this particular email to us, we would be able to investigate further. But we are unable to investigate something that we neither sent or received.
Your solicitor will request a copy of this email. Please include us when you send it to them. Your claim of identity theft is unfounded.
At the time of writing (Monday AM) you have still not provided us with your bank details or tax code.
Your agency have been copied into all correspondence, attempting to help resolve your issue and also requested your bank details.
We can process your pay with emergency tax, but without your bank details, how are we supposed to physically pay you?

Hi Mohammed - sorry you feel this way which is surprising. The delay you refer to was due to your desire to be CIS and not umbrella as we were instructed by your agency. Not sure how we can be held responsible for the time it had taken you and your agency to agree your payment type. Following the debate around this, you had informed us that you were happy with how we had supported you in getting your first pay, which was some 3 weeks ago and each week since.
