Amazing service

Debbie completed my registration with me over the phone, she explained the ship shapes process clearly and quickly and has a cheerful voice. Made the Process simple quick and easy.

Debbie is a really nice person she really did help me but not only with understanding tax knowledge she really taught me life skills I pray God blesses Debbie .

Any time I make an enquiry, it is dealt with in a positive and carring manner. no question is left unanswered. I find the service and response to be very professional.

I could not ask for a better service.

I had an amazing experience speaking with Debbie Morris on the phone. She was patient and helpful in ensuring that my enquiry was addressed. I chose to give this review because the last couple of engagements seeking information was unsuccessful but Debbie made my day by taking her time to resolve a pressing issue of viewing my pay slips. Thank you for the excellent service Debbie.

The company is small so can't really complain that much,but there is an outstanding manger who when above and beyond the call duty to ensure I get paid.
So greatful because I was able to pay my rent on time and still have a little money to go dubai.

So to Debbie and all her hard work, thank you, and I hope this get recognition you deserve......

This payroll company is appalling. The worst communication ever, unprofessional staff that can't even provide simple explanation of the payslip. Outrageous of how many people need to lose their money in this tough time.

Following our previous email messages, letting you know how to access your new portal, payslips and mobile App, prior to moving to our new payroll system, we wanted to let you know we are aware that this change has caused some workers some issues this week.
Firstly, we apologise to those impacted and confirm that all known errors have been rectified and adjusted payments have been made and will credit bank accounts before 10pm this evening.

Secondly, any errors are solely due to Ship Shape changing systems and not the fault of your agency, so please direct any calls regarding any errors to 0207 706 5200 and emails. We will be manning our phones between 08.30 and 12.30 tomorrow
morning, to help resolve any outstanding queries.

Apologies from all at Ship Shape if you have experience any issues.

Absolute shambles!

I’ve never been so disappointed with a a payment company, this companies one and only job is to pay people on time

I have been waiting for my payment for over 24 hours now, after being told it would be in for certain yesterday.

Totally unacceptable and has left my financial security at risk! I want answers and I want it now, I also want paying.

If you can avoid using this absolute S**tShow then I would they’re impossible to deal with.

After having a few issues setting up my account after being bounced into umbrella and a drawn out process of proving I have a right to work in a country I've been born in and lived all my life , Debbie Morris took the time to contact me and simplify the process. Going above what I expected..and if so m to be frank,. I'd have sacked it off if it wasn't for her cheery calm informative persona ...whatever she is paid is not enough ...it's people like her that make a company..

Hi after 20 years in London working as engineer with many different agency and pay roll companies.
Even if at first I wasn't happy to be told I could only use ship shap for my payments.
But after all has been so good.
Starting with Chris which I callcontiunisly every week and so many times.
Never I felt I was too much.
He is always so happy to help and with a great service.
Don't even mention the pay roll department staff you are amazing and great peoples, Debbie and all.
Guys we all need pay the tax and mediation for our time sheet to be progressed.
But here at Ship Shap you money is spent well and well valued.
