However, we do regret to hear about the damage to your golf travel case upon delivery. Receiving your equipment with damage is by no means typical, and we apologize for this inconvenience.
Rest assured, we have you covered. All Ship Sticks shipments include $1,000 of complimentary insurance, with the option to add additional coverage up to $7,500 for a nominal fee. This insurance protects your shipment against damage or loss.

“Snowbirds”
Became a “snowbird” 4 years ago & my son recommended Ship Sticks to transport my golf clubs. Service was excellent, clubs were at the door when I arrived. I now send my clubs plus one bag of clothing for a reasonable fee. Staff is polite & courteous. Highly recommend👍

Easy way to go!
I ship 3 pieces of 29inch luggae and a set of clubs from my condo in Naples Florida to my home in Massachusetts. My condo is on 3rd floor. I pay shipsticks and fedex picks up on schedule and 3 to 4 days later arrive at my home. With 20%discount about $250. No lugging to airport, no skycap check it, and best of all no waiting at luggage rack. All in all a great deal.

Dropped my clubs off on Tuesday morning in Florida. They arrived Friday mid day in Buffalo. I will say that I feel the tracking information could be improved upon. Sure beats dragging clubs to the airport.
