Clubs arrived early both ways. Very easy

I only had to pack the clubs and create the label. Everything else was as expected. An easy and pleasurable experience.

Location of FedEx to drop-off golf clubs. A little better in the accuracy of the date when golf clubs are to be received would help.

Data base of info makes the process efficient

I had 2 sets of golf clubs shipped to me this year. The first shipment arrived the same day I did in the Villages of Florida.
The second shipment arrived the day after I returned home.
Both sets arrived in good condition and there were no problems whatsoever.
My only complaint was the automatic insurance of $2500 at an additional cost was automatically added to the fee. I should have picked up on that but I had to call back and say I only wanted the $1000 free insurance.
In addition when ShipSticks advertises a 20% discount that applies to only one set not both.

Clubs and suitcase arrived early and in excellent condition, but a day apart. Notifications were spot on and perhaps you should consider letting customers know a few days before pickup,and again the day before in case they forget and have to prepare labels and their belongings more than a day in advance

I would’ve given Ship Sticks a five star review, but there was one area of service that was not quite up to expectations. Before I booked my shipment I had a couple of questions that I submitted via email to their customer service department. I actually submitted the questions on two separate occasions, but never received an answer. I finally called and talked to one of the representatives who did answer my questions. Everything else about the experience was excellent. Our clubs arrived actually a day early and were delivered exactly as requested.

Pickup and delivery were on schedule.
When I called with questions, a person answered and was very helpful. Will be using your services again.

Early arrival of my clubs in both directions (to/from the resort). Bag arrived in perfect condition.

Bad News, tripped and broke both bones below elbow while on vacation Good News, Was able to pack all of our clothes in golf bag (travel light) so had zero to carry through two airports and on airplane. Would never have made it without Ship Sticks
