My experience at the shop in HH was very good. The delivery process was smooth, and I am very happy with the product itself. However, I was disappointed with the handling of VAT. Although I am not domiciled in the EU, I had to pay VAT at the time of purchase and again upon delivery. This process should be improved to achieve a five-star rating.

I ordered two shirts and its my second order with ShirtbyHand.
Production- and Deliverytime were suitable and so were the shirts
The adress had a mistake which caused some headache picking them up

Excellent service in the Hamburg store from Mr. Chazz. Very friendly and no sense of being rushed.
