"Pilly" fabric
I've regularly ordered shirts over the years. The fit is good. In my last two orders, one of the shirts had irregularities in the fabric on the front.
ShirtbyHand's advice: use a pill remover.
In my opinion, this isn't advice appropriate for a premium brand.

My experience at the shop in HH was very good. The delivery process was smooth, and I am very happy with the product itself. However, I was disappointed with the handling of VAT. Although I am not domiciled in the EU, I had to pay VAT at the time of purchase and again upon delivery. This process should be improved to achieve a five-star rating.

Overall very good experience. The only thing that used to be better some years ago is that in the past you had a few more options in customizing the shirts and the packaging they came it used to feel a bit more premium. But I guess it's a way to keep the costs down.

It is definitely still possible to personalize your shirt on the website. For example, you can choose a different color for the collar and cuffs, have your initials embroidered on the shirt, and much more!
If you ever need help with this in the future, you can always contact us.
Additionally, the shirts no longer come in plastic sleeves for environmental reasons, but other than that, our shipping packaging has not changed.
