Super efficient and friendly customer experience, with personal one to one advice freely available, explaining well: how the service works, how measurements are taken, and subsequently tweaked to get the exact fit you want.
Take your time to get it right, and repeat ordering is very straightforward. The shirts themselves are of a high quality, both fabrics and manufacture, with great custom options. They also fit me better than any off the peg I have bought in the past, though you pay a little more than high street prices, all things considered, very good value.
I shall definitely be ordering more. Overall a fantastic introduction for me into the world of made to measure shirts, with a great product. 5 Stars!

The shirt I ordered didn't fit exactly as I would have liked, so I reached out to customer support and they were able to advise me on the changes needed and put a new garment in production for me. Free of charge.
