Fantastic customer service and product. I emailed ahead to ask about ideas and thoughts to my shirt which was swithly answered by Tom. Who came back with a few ideas. This quickly excepted by myself and my shirt was sent. With in about 10 days I was sent a whatsapp message with an update and image of the proposed idea. Then with in days I received tye shirt all framed and ready to hang. The frame and product is quality and the care and thought put into the shirt is great. To top it off the customer service and constant contact is second to none. Great job from the shirt framing team and one I'll be using again in the future.

All round great experience with The Shirt Framing Service. They were in contact a lot before I ordered to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for, they kept communication open after receiving my shirt and sent images for me to approve before finalising things and posting it back to me. Everything was very well packaged and in excellent condition on arrival. An extremely professional finish whilst maintaining a very personalised service!

The whole experience of getting my sons international cap and shirt was excellent. I was nervous about sending it my mail but I was informed immediately it arrived. I had regular contact through the process and even given some suggestions on possible improved colour combinations. Sent me example colours and we agreed on the path forward. Photos of the finished frames were sent to me before they were mailed to ensure we were happy. When they arrived packaged and protected extremely well, the finished product is nothing less than superb, very professional and high quality. My son is over the moon.
