Hi, I think there has been a bit of confusion here regarding your order. We Frame on behalf of the company who host the John Terry events, From the last event they brought a selection of shirts back which needed to be posted directly to customers including yours. Due to us wanting you receive tracking, we input your email into our system . This selects a few customers to leave reviews hence why you have received the prompt. You wouldn't have known this but we actually only received the shirt on Thursday 8th to Post, we packed this on Friday 9th and sent the same day. Looking at the Tracking its been held by DHL at the depot Monday 5th and likely to be delivered today. I will follow this up by confirming this by email and ensuring that this arrives with you, I would kindly ask if you can please reconsider your 1 star review of our company The Shirt Framing Service as period of waiting was not down to us. Excellent service from start to finish. Great communication from the team and photos sent throughout to check I was happy with finished product.
Returned promptly and packaged well.
Overall I am delighted with the end product (framed football shirt) and would recommend to others.

Fantastic service
Second time I have used The Shirt Framing Service - really easy to use. Love the pics sent to show you the product. I was having this one delivered to a friend, and needed to delay delivery due to friend being away - and the team handled that for me.

Fantastic service!
Absolutely fantastic service having my son’s school cap framed. Everything was exactly as the website stated. It was straightforward to follow their instructions and ordering, the team kept me informed and up to date with progress at every step, and the end product is everything I hoped for and more. Communication with the company has been outstanding and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Packaging was extremely robust as well. Top class service.
