I had a very disappointing experience with this website. I received the wrong items, which is why I contacted customer service in the first place. Unfortunately, they didn’t really try to help me and didn’t seem to understand my issue, even after I explained it clearly.

What made it even more frustrating was that the item was also wrongly listed on their website, which seems to be the reason for the mistake. Because of this poor service and misleading listing, I would not recommend this website to anyone.

Received my order (SGS-13128433303934) in less than 24h, geniune hookah, super well packed, got some presents for free (thank you) as a bonus.

Its been a while since an online transaction went so smooth without surprises, delays or gotchas.

Definitely will come back for more business!

I don't received my items from more they 11 days

Ordered two packs of 2 pods and only got one, called the company and they were very apologetic and sent another one very quickly, great service and happy to deal with them again!! Plus a couple of sweeties!!

Payed for next day delivery the only thing i got next day was they don’t have it on stock pick another colour so received on day 4 with completely different bowl type and now can’t even get a reply.

Best shisha product quality and flavours. Quick delivery and amazing prices. Also get my pipes from there too. 5/5

Best spot it UK for online Tangiers, proper coal and Wookah apparatus. Some job to be done on ‘subscription perks’, but I hope my favourite suppliers will keep the prices smartly reasonable to compensate for minor marketing drawbacks. I know it ain’t easy, as shisha lounge chain owner and online retailer for over 10 years in Moscow before escaping to London to oppose war shit, but ain’t easy doesn’t mean guys can’t make it perfect. I ordered a purjfam hookah pod kit at the 28.12.2026, arrived yesterday at the 12.01.2026. didn’t have to pay import tax or customs. New year when i ordered so a bit of delay is normal. Overall good experience. Would buy again (package got opened and checked by customs)
