Don’t buy from here unless you’re an engineer or shish technician. No one replies to emails. No support. No instructions. Save your money and lungs and go to a shisha spot where they know how to put it together.

Blown away with the customer service !! Outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. And you can tell they genuinely care about you and your experience when it comes to buying the right equipment for you, I needed help with setting mine up and also finding out what would work best for me, they talked me through the whole process over the phone and was super patient. First on the phone when I wanted to find out what I needed and then followed up with another call after I received it to help me with me questions ect…. Delivery was on point and they use a very good courier, also personally emailed me when they sent it, website is best I have seen with detail and explanations so you don’t get confused. The range of products and prices are also some of the best I have seen and Iv looked around a lot. All in all I feel they have all the right ingredients to keep you as a customer for life and that’s what you want. A company you feel values your custom on a genuine level. If I could give 100 stars I would. Thankyou the SHISHASHOP.

What can I say other than absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. One of the only companies that actually answer the phone to ask advice from. Didn’t just push their most expensive products on me, but took the time to advise me of what would best meet my needs. Even helped talk me through the set up on the phone once it had arrived and gave me some top tips. Can’t recommend them enough!!!

Excellent customer service friendly over the phone. I was a bit sceptical base on the bad reviews. But i can reassure anyone there sevice is excellent there products are accurate to the description

I ordered something and it got delayed so I called them up to see what was happening they sorted it out in no time was about to send me a replacement until it literally came through the door 10 minutes after the phone call so highly recommend if you do have any issues please call theshishashop before you leave a bad review

Unsure about the previous reviews. I had a great experience. Ordered 4 products on a Thursday and they arrived on Tuesday within the 3-5 working days described. Items were packaged well.

Top dogs at the shisha world, I’m not sure why this shop has so many bad reviews as they sorted my shisha out instantly. Ordered on the Wednesday and came on the Thursday, everything in there, well packed and even gave me instructions on how to set it up. Perfect staff, perfect shop. 100% recommend. Will definitely be putting another order in soon!

Sadly this site is a complete scam. Placed an order and received no product. Tracking number provided doesn't display any information with Royal Mail and they keep closing my complaint on the website as resolved despite me telling them the item has not arrived.

Absolutely awful company.

They sent me al fakher tobacco not in original packaging, without production and exp. date.
So I'm not sure if it is fresh or old and I also don't know if I get really this brand or maybe something else. There is just small sticker on it printed by them with brand and flavour...but I really don't believe them.

Worst experience ever! No communication, item was not delivered, money wasnt refunded ( 70£ ), i was ignored. The seller didn't even tried to find any solution or etc. So i dont have item and i lost my money...

I called in to ask about an offer that was no applied to my order automatically when I purchased and the CS team honoured this and stood by the offer, even adding in a few extras as good gesture. I want to personally thank the gentleman named Mohammed for his polite and considerate gesture. Great service, great people.

I've only ordered a couple of items from the shishashop. Both times I was quite pleasantly surprised by the order process, including shipping. Prices are reasonable, even shipping, and there's never any doubt about the items ordered or the delivery time. What I found even more impressive was the speed and efficiency of their team in resolving an issue with one of the orders, polite, helpful and replaced a broken item without making me jump through hoops. It will certainly be the first shop I'll check and recommend for shisha gear in the future.

I recently ordered for the first time from the shisha shop. I realised shortly after placing my order that I had ordered the wrong coal,so I phoned the shisha shop the very next day at their opening time to prevent being sent the wrong thing - no one answered after letting it ring for ages and I was not impressed.I tried again several times the same morning and finally got to speak to a team member and here I have to say he couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. He gave me the best advice regarding which coal to chose and it arrived the very next day. It really is a brilliant product and I will order again from the shishashop!

I was looking for a shisha pipe for myself and came across a few different companies, decided to call these guys up before ordering as I had a few questions and I was surprised by just how much detail the guy went to explaining everything! I ended up purchasing everything I needed and they even chucked in a few freebies to get more going. Checkout process was easy and simply and even got the gear the next day!

Next day, the gear arrived, everything was wrapped and secure (shisha jar is made of glass) the jar was intact, the design was exactly as seen on their site. I was really chuffed by the quality and would definitely recommend these guys!
