Fakes

Bought Timberland boots for my son, $150 and they are fake timberlands. Son is so disappointed and I am so mad that this company would sell fake. Do not buy from them

I ordered three pairs of boots

I ordered three pairs of boots, they canceled my order! They didn’t cancel right away, no they waited for 4 days and canceled one pair then 6 days for the other two without a reason and when I called she wanted me to repurchase the men’s boot! I hadn’t received my refund on the first pair!! Then I called back again to try and speak with someone higher and of course no supervisor was available, how convenient. So this second representative told me my other two had already been processed and shipped. Nope! Two days after I spoke to her my order was canceled! So I go into the store to try and find the boots, I was followed like I was stealing because I took a boot out of the box to replace it with the show boot that I was going to buy. I will never shop at shoe carnival again!! Please do not waste your time or money on these people. They do not care! Nor do they train their employees properly.

Please be in the look out this company…

Please be in the look out this company does not help you at all. I try cancelling an order a few mints after placing the order spoke with two diff women and they told me they have no way to cancel my order. the system is a scam once you try to order you put your address it changes your zip code and city please be alert they stole $80 from me so disappointed

Terrible experience with trying to do a…

Terrible experience with trying to do a return. First they shipped the wrong shoe and sent return info, then they refunded 50% and couldn’t explain why. Multiple attempted calls and emails about my case# and never was able to get in contact with them again. Wait time on the phone is hours. I gave up, will never shop there again.

Black Friday Farce

Ordered two pairs of boots during the Black Friday sale. After 10 days of waiting received an email saying order was canceled, no explanations. This was my first time ordering from Shoe Carnival and it will definitely be my last.

Very sad and dissatisfied

I ordered 2 pairs of crocs because they were on a real good sale. one pair shipped and arrived within 3/4 days. To make a long story the first pair is the wrong size. I originally ordered a men 7/women 9 (they're unisex) in black fur crocs. This is also printed on my receipt. I was sent a 9 men/11 women pair of crocs. The store altered my receipt to accommodate the different size. The customer service rep states that the shoe is not a 9 mens but a 9 medium, but it is written clear as day on the shoe 9 mens. I am still waiting on the other pair of crocs. The rep stated they were an 11M, which means that it's 11 mens, also the wrong size. Those were suppose to be 11 womens and 9 mens due to being a christmas gift.

They basically sent the wrong sizes and altered my receipt, good thing I have the original. First and last time ordering from them. I have never experienced anything like this

Terrible service

Terrible service: I ordered the wrong size, so I returned as instructed. The I had to call a week later to find out what was going on. I was told shoes were not set to ship, but now marked to ship. Called back a week later after hearing nothing, told shoes on backorder. Told I would like to cancel order, then I got hung up on. Called back told order cancelled but will take 15 days to get refund in PayPal. NEVER AGAIN SHOE CARNIVAL. There are 1,000 on line companies to get these shoes from, why would I ever choose you again. I also spent an entire hour on the phone today trying to get this straightened out.
RUN and HIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Went to order a pair of shoes and they charged me twice but the order never went through and I never got a confirmation?? I called and they said this happens sometimes and I should get my money back in a few days...Very disappointed.

They do not sell new shoes

They do not sell new shoes. Placed an order, the return address literally is from the "Returns Dept" Called customer service and they sent out a new order, again it came from Returns Dept. 3rd time they said they have no way to guarantee the items wont come from the Returns Dept

Not honoring sale offer

On November 25, 2020, I ordered 2 pairs of Rockport Eureka. They were on sale and buy 1 get 1 half off. I buy 2 pairs for $53.97. On December 1, 2020 I received an email that they cancelled my order and my money would be refunded in 15-30 days. I contacted customer service and said the shoes are still for sale online so you didn't run out so its clear you don't want to honor your sale. She offered them back to me at $84.25. I replied Ha thanks for the offer but I'll pass. The customer service agent on chat couldn't get rid of me quick enough.

Terrible

Terrible. The customer service reps on their websites chat are the worst, so I would suggest calling them instead if you're having order problems. Even though they have affordable prices, the amount of stress and frustration my interactions with this company has caused me isn't worth it and I will not be ordering from them again.

Placed an order and it still hadn’t…

Placed an order and it still hadn’t shipped after almost two weeks. Customer service rep was super unprofessional using words like “cuz” and “ain’t” in the support chat. They still couldn’t give me an answer and when my order would ship so I checked back again the next day and got a different rep who was more helpful and professional. She informed me that the shoes were back ordered and had no ETA at all. I ended up cancelling the order. Funny though, it still says those exact shoes in that size are available.

I've read multiple posts regarding them sending the wrong shoe size, and low and behold I was sent the wrong size. Not sure if this is a scammy thing they do, but I'm dissatisfied that I have to return this item.

ShoeCarnival.com WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

I bought a pair of Rockports from ShoeCarnival.com that arrived to me with "NO INSOLES" inside them. After 6 plus phone calls and 2 months of my time wasted, the last time I called in to with the incident number assigned to this problem to ask why nothing has been told to me yet about a refund or replacement, the very rude customer service rep hung up on me. So I have been ripped off for $69.99 plus tax and all the time and effort to try to get what I paid for. I will never ever buy from these morons again. Beware!

This company is ridiculous

This company is ridiculous. I odered 5 pairs of shoes. It never showed up. Emailed lots of time and no response. I did not ask for a refund, I asked for a reshipment. Very disappointed never order from them again!

Terrible customer service

Ordered a pair of shoes, they actually shipped very quickly but they were too big so I returned them and ordered a 1/2 size down.

I returned the shoes in person and picked up the new pair at the same location. Still haven't received a refund for the first pair and have tried contacting them by email and phone with no response.

They will email a case # saying they will contact you in 24 hours or less and then nothing. I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company I guess.

I’d give a negative review if possible

Shoe carnival is a LITERAL disappointment. ordered two shoes, one was fine, the other was supposed to be a nine in men’s but they sent me a nine in women’s. Had to call back wait for more than 30 minutes, receive a shipping label and go to FedEx myself to ship it out and exchange it. Waited for about 2 to 3 weeks for them to receive it and exchange me back my new pair JUST FOR IT TO BE THE SAME 9 IN WOMENS. Not to mention I called in between those 2 to 3 weeks and made sure they put a note on the order that clarifies it’s supposed to be a nine in men’s. AND told them (on a Friday) that it wasn’t my fault and I should get a complementary overnight or two day shipping for the exchange shoe. He said ok it was going to be there Saturday or Monday. But like I said it took 2 to 3 weeks. Then when I received the wrong shoe the second time, I had to go through the same process all over again, for something that was 100% not my fault. The representatives are rude, they’re untrustworthy, and the people that are in charge of the shipping are CLEARLY not paying attention to the orders and customer needs. This company acts like they’re ran by incompetent children and will NEVER be known as a successful business if this doesn’t change. Lucky they’re still even a business.

Worst customer service and shipping ever

Worst customer service I have ever had. After item that was shipped with expected 6 business day delivery, I waited 8 business days and 12 total days before I called cust. service. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, I asked where my package was and when it would show up. I was told to contact FedEx. When I said I already did, they said well it will show up soon. Is that all??? I will be requesting a refund from my credit card

They take your money, but don't deliver the shoes

Ordered a pair of Nike Experience 9 in mid-Sep. Expected delivery by Oct 1, 2020. As of today, Oct 7, 2020 NO SHOES. Called on Oct 5, 2020 and was told it was the fault of FedEx. Their delivery may have been slowed for various reasons. Last known tracking was Maryland on Sep 25, headed to me in Delaware. Called again today to cancel the order. Had to talk with a supervisor to get the full refund processed after being on hold for more than 30 minutes.
What a horrible experience, will not order from Shoe Carnival again. Tell your friends, they take your money, then drag their feet to get you the items or a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
