Excellent service
I ordered shoes from here , the delivery was very quick. I placed the order on a Wednesday and the item arrived on Friday.
Unfortunately I had to return as they were a little on the big side but the returns was so easy. Would definitely recommend.

Inside screw
The boots are beautiful but they have an inside screw attached to the heels, it killed my foot.

We are sorry to hear that you experienced a problem with your boots. Although we check each pair of shoes before we send them out, unfortunately a defect like this one would be very hard detect on initial inspection, as it is a fault inside the shoe, that only comes to light when the shoe is worn.

Afraid to Respond to Email
There was a fault with one of the shoes where a nail was sticking up in the heel and the sole was loose. After reaching out to them I was eventually asked to send pictures which I provided as well as a description but it wasn’t enough, they then asked me to send them back the shoes so they could ‘make a decision’ with no guarantee I wouldn't just receive the same pair back if they deemed this was not a fault.
I expressed that I was uncomfortable with this as they would have my money and the shoes back leaving me with nothing but an email to fall back on if anything went wrong / got lost in the post. I asked for an alternative solution to be offered. The response I received was in short ‘what solution do you expect from us?’ .
I understand them trying to protect themselves from fraud but making the customer feel as though they are a bad / inconsiderate person for not agreeing with their solution is bad customer service.
I’m going to take the shoes to a cobbler to be fixed as the company seem unlike to offer another solution if I was to email them back again as they were definitely a bit hostile in their last response.

Terrible for sizes
Lovely shoes, but NEVER have all the sizes. Either really small or really large sizes. Don't see the point in that. Took an order before Christmas but cancelled two days later, because, well no size 6. Never seen to have this size.

We are sorry that we did not have the size you were looking for, and can only apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We must point out that we stock all sizes in each style of shoe we get (size 36, up to size 41). As im sure you are aware, sizes 37, 38, and 39 are the most popular sizes in women's shoes, as they fall in the most average ratio.
Of course when a shoe is popular, and especially during busy periods, like christmas, these are the sizes that are more often then not, sold first. Sizes like 36, 40 and 41 are often left longer because they aren't quite as common (like in most shoe-selling shops).
