Paid for express delivery 4 weeks ago the Marley orthopaedic sandals never arrived in spite of the comoany taking the money immediately out of my account. Avoid at all costs. Should have checked reviews before purchasing obvously a fake company

I ordered shoes from this company in January. Parcel was not received. Pictures of delivery shows person stood at a door with a parcel (not my house) and note in email delivery comments saying left in safe place at side of house. Been emailing now for 4 months and keep getting a reply saying been delivered Relay the couriers have Informed them that was not delivered to my address but could not.locate exact delivery. Sent all evidence to Marley shoes and keep getting email back stating they are looking into the issue and for a resolution. How.long.foesnit take now 4 months in and still no resolution. DO NOT ORDER FROM THOS COMPANY.

This is not a genuine company. I didn't realise at first but something about the ordering process made me suspicious and I pulled out. However they are spamming me relentlessly since and I have no way of stopping them. They don't have an unsubscribe facility, and if you look at the website you can't find any personal account to close it, it doesn't look like a functioning website & it's just a fake opening page then no links to actual products. They just seem to exist in links from searches and to extract payment details, then as spam and maybe to sell any data you provide maybe. These Chinese con artists, of which there must be thousands, are a real nuisance worldwide, no doubt doing their bit for the Chinese economy at the expense of all others. Would hope one day this world power decides that all these scams don't do its reputation any good and takes action, or are they aware and making too much tax from it, who knows. However, I feel sorry for all those who have actually given them their hard earned savings/pension money and been conned. I'd advise check out the sites of any new suppliers before you buy, there are so many of these criminals who come and go, then reinvent a new site and con.

Emails to displayed contact email address undelivered. Unable to contact to cancel order (states you can on their website FAQ's) Contact your bank & cancel the card you paid with if you have placed an order!!!!

Dreadful just dreadful. Cheap shoes uncomfortable and far from wide fit. Delivery took weeks when premium service was paid for and they left my feet in pain after a few hours wear. Don’t waste your money

DO NOT ORDER THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! SENT ME A DIFFERENT SHOE THEN WHAT I ORDERD FOR MY WEDDING AND THEY CLAIM AFTER I SENT THEM PICTURES OF THE SHOE IT WAS THE SAME SHOE UNBELIVABLE! CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO TERRIBLE!!

Fake fake fake. Do not order from marley shoes. Sent me totally wrong pair after several email conversations they said they would refund me. Its been 6 weeks and not received a penny back. Shoes sent are cheap quality not as pictured.

Very disappointed with my experience. The shoes were poor quality and not made to the standard I expected. When I complained, I was told I would have to pay return postage myself despite the quality issues.
To make things worse, the return address they provided could not even be accepted by the Post Office or DPD, which made the whole process extremely frustrating and stressful.
After a lot of back and forth emails, they eventually agreed to a 40% refund, which I accepted just to get closure on the situation, although I was still unhappy with the outcome overall.
My advice to anyone dealing with a similar issue is to stick it out with the responses and keep pushing for a resolution, as they may eventually offer a partial refund.

Regret ordering shoes from this company without reading the reviews.
Have not received my order and they do not reply to your e mails.Please avoid and don't let them have your money.

Complete scam - Beware!

Company is based in China and the quality is extremely cheap and dangerous.

If you want to return your shoes, you have to return them to China at your own expense. Nowhere on their website do they mention their return address is in China.

If I could give this company a 0 star rating I would.

Save your money and don’t ever buy from this company.

They are not the same shoes,advertised in the website.
The shoes that came were of exceptional low quality.
We paid an extra £10 for express delivery , they came from abroad 2.5 weeks later.
We were conned , we paid £60 altogether for 2 pair of shoes and express delivery .
They are unwearable as the inside sole and tread underneath are plastic , and as a senior citizen would be afraid of slipping .

Waited a while for delivery of two pairs of supposedly good quality 'Orthopaedic' shoes, needed while I await a hip replacement. Eventually delivered from UK via Evri. Just cheap, plastic rubbish, wrapped tightly together in small amount of bubble wrap and posted in plastic bag. They were crushed and misshapen, totally unwearable and I'd feel embarrassed even donating them to charity. I asked Marley Shoes how to return for full refund. Was told to ship them to China at my expense!
No reply to my email complaining about their response. Seems to be a 'dropshipping' scam. AVOID!!!

Please be aware when ordering from this site. It presents itself as a UK family owned and operated business, but it is actually based in China. I really wish I had checked the reviews before placing my order.

According to the stated delivery times, the shoes should have arrived within 5-12 days, but I ended up waiting 19 days, with the tracking showing the parcel stuck in Yanwen, China for most of that time.

When the shoes finally arrived, they were not even boxed, just thrown into a postage bag with a bit of bubble wrap. My husband even commented that the package looked suspicious.

The quality was absolutely diabolical, flimsy, poorly made and honestly only fit for the bin. For £50 plus P&P, this company should be ashamed of itself

Really poor customer service, took an absolute age to dispatch. £37 I paid for the cheapest trainers I've ever seen. You would honestly get better trainers for £5 off Temu. Really cheap rubbish and I wouldn't be seen dead in them. Conned is an understatement!

The shoes received were not fit for purpose.
They are NOT in any way orthopedic.
They are cheap plastic.
The smell of strong chemicals.
They were badly packaged.
They are no way like the website photos
They respond to emails by sending more offers to buy another design.. PLEASE READ MORE REVIEWS.. I DIDNT ..and now struggling to get a response..

Apalling company to deal with
Apart from the shoes being of very poor cheap plastic material, they offered me a partial refund which has never been received and have now stopped replying to my email.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT BUY!!! I paid £30 for a pair of trashy plastic shoes delivered late in a plastic bag. I believed the advert ORTHPAEDIC…absolutely NOT you will damage your feet if you can even walk in their shoes.
