Customer service ' shrug of shoulders' is a good description. Shoes have not turned up yet, neary 2 weeks. I ordered for an occasion and looks like it will miss. Directed to tracking link which says nothing more than shoes in a warehouse, not moved for days- took it back to customer service. ''I know nothing' response. This company is likely to fail if theykeep this up. Shoes look great onine but if they don't turn up and customer service is rubbish little point in their existance

This was a pretty poor shopping experience. No communication regarding the order or tracking. Took ages to arrive. Contacted customer service twice. No response. When they finally did arrive they were clearly not worth what I had paid for them. Not the best quality. Returns are costly. I wouldn't bother. Shop from reliable companies only. Shoddy.
MISLEADING and costly mistake
I bought two pairs of boots costing almost £300. All the emails came from Shoe the Bear UK (which suggests although this is a Danish company they are shipped from the UK - WRONG. The boots don't fit and I need to return them, I have just been to the post office and due to the value and location, its going to cost me £40 to ship them back to Denmark. The company are completely misleading those customers in the UK - it should say at point of sale where they are coming from - if it did I would not have purchased. The company are accepting no responsibility whatsoever - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have emailed customer services twice requesting an update on the delivery date, no reply. When I track the order with GLS is hasn’t moved in 5 days. Poor customer service

Really bad quality sneakers
Really bad quality sneakers. Paid £150.00 wore only twice and both of them ripped where original stitches are. Will never ever look at this brand. Was expecting better quality for this price.

Don’t use Customer service is…
Don’t use Customer service is shocking.Boots ordered and arrived speedily but didn’t fit and I sent back. Had to pay £16 to send back tracked and it’s now 2 weeks later and no one has responded to my emails for a refund. Really poor totally disappointed and I’m now almost 200 pounds out of pocket. Just not worth it order from a UK brand.

I ordered beautiful boots which arrived…
I ordered beautiful boots which arrived within a week which was good. However neither of them are for my right foot. Both fit my left foot perfectly. I’ve emailed and started a claim as I’m not paying to return a faulty order to Denmark but no reply. Order number is STBUK#7974. I will order them again and hopefully get a matching pair but I’m not paying to return a faulty order.

Bad returns experience
I have 2 pairs of boots which I need to return. Shoe the bear have not replied to any of my communications (website, insta, email) regarding which address to return to. Order form & invoice differ. Also, I’m not sure what the style No is & no response to that either. I’m having to gather evidence at this stage which is unpleasant

Fell apart in 3 months
I bought a paid off men’s size 10 Chelsea boots from House of Fraser in January 2023. In April 2023 the heels on both shoes started to come away from the sole, with one completely coming away and leaving the sole split. I wrote to the customer service team who said they would be unable to help. Poor quality shoes and poor quality customer service. Avoid.

Misleading sales. Return to Denmark
Nice boots but if u need to return you need to ship to Denmark! This is completely unclear during the buying process which is very misleading. Complained directly and was told I should have fully read the FAQs, fair enough but don’t expect repeat business. I will Shop local next time.

Chelsea Boots - poor quality
I loved the chelsea boots and wore them several times a week for almost a year. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts to take care of the leather both heels became quickly worn out. Recently the rubber outsole has detached on the right boot which makes them unwearable in the rain/snow and the left inner sole has also detached. I had to throw them out after about 11 months, couldn't even repair them. Terrible quality.

£122 IMPORT DUTY UNPAID
I ordered boots for my Daughter for Christmas…..shipping was super fast and out for delivery with UPS within days. However they could not be handed over before I paid £122 import duty on top of the £180 price of the boots. I looked at the T&C’s and saw that Shoe the Bear SHOULD cover this. Despite 50+ emails I have been unable to sort it out with either Shoe the Bear or UPS. Everyone is telling me that this cannot be solved quickly. I have no experience in importing goods so I have no clue whose fault this is but I am unbelievably disappointed….as is my Daughter. We now head towards New Year STILL with no boots despite our best enquiries. I would add that my emails to Shoe the Bear are now being ignored.
