Shoetopia had the style and size of shoe I was looking for I ordered online on Wednesday evening and received my package shipped to me by Friday afternoon. I really like the handwritten note included in the package, and I love supporting this small business.

Sent the wrong shoes, offered no real apology, and immediately started talking about charging me over return packaging before fixing their own mistake. The entire interaction felt defensive, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
It honestly feels like they knew the correct item was out of stock and shipped the closest alternative hoping it would be accepted. When challenged, they shifted blame onto the customer instead of taking responsibility.
Poor service, zero accountability. Avoid.
