Unclear exchange policy, money wasted, terrible communication
Upon reviewing the exchange and return policy, I decided to go with this company. I was very glad at first that they were flexible about the return date since I was travelling a lot, however, they are terrible at responding, both on social media and email.
The first email address provided on the website didn't work. Then after being told that the return form can also work as an exchange form (since there is no exchange form online), I wrote on the form I wanted an exchange.
My money was refunded without notification (despite being told that I would be notified) and after several emails and FB messages, I was then informed that exchanges aren't possible for Spain. Shouldn't this information be clearly stated on the website?
Different stories from different people I guess. It would be good for the company to consider having one storyline.

I was a little worried after looking at some reviews however I shouldnt have been. The trainers were shipped from EU however we're received super fast via DHL within 2 days from initial order. Their pricing on trainers are really competitive and will no doubt be back again soon.

Everything was fine
Everything was fine. I was disappointed in DHL express. The delivery driver have delivered the parcel to my neighbour on number 21 instead of 31. I got good neighbors and they have passed the parcel to me, but that is a big mistake from DHL.

Given I hadn’t heard of them before I was slightly sceptic. But they had the shoes that were sold out elsewhere so I gave it go. It went super smooth and I’m loving my new shoes. Will use again!
