SCAM SCAM SCAM. Stay away. Pans are crap. They are not non stick and they warp so can use on induction.
Disgusting after service.

Love my new pan

Love my new pan, will definitely be buying more of these. The website was easy to navigate and once purchased was kept up to date on dispatch and delivery. Would recommend. Bought and have been using for about a month now, to really use it before writing my review.

They don't last more than 8 months...

I bought a Novara pan around 8 months ago expecting it to be a durable, long-lasting product, particularly given the way it is marketed and the warranty offered.

Unfortunately, despite careful domestic use, the non-stick coating has started to peel away in multiple areas. I have not used abrasive utensils, and the pan has only been cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher on a 50°C cycle.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that the pattern was consistent with coating breakdown over time and regular use, rather than a manufacturing fault. I found this extremely disappointing. If a pan’s non-stick coating can fail after only 8 months of normal careful use, I do not see how the product can reasonably be considered durable or how the warranty provides meaningful protection.

I had hoped this was simply a faulty pan and that the issue would be resolved with a replacement or refund. Instead, the response left me feeling that premature coating failure is being treated as acceptable wear and tear.

Based on my experience, I would not buy from Novara again.

Postage unfortunately does not provide…

Postage unfortunately does not provide any updates, two purchases and both arrived unannounced! Products well packaged and in great condition. Hybrid & wok pans both are fabulous and proved to be great additions and performance outstanding.

I ordered the knife sharpening system

I ordered the knife sharpening system. The original order was delivered to the wrong address by Intelcom, which refused to cooperate and confirm the botched delivery. In the end Novara sent me a new set for free and it works great. Effective follow through with the delivery problem and an excellent product. Very satisfied!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. RUBBISH PANS
As per so many reviews I have now seen. Hindsight would be a great thing.
These pans are rubbish.
They are not non stick, They do not do refunds and they just refuse to accept that there is a problem with their product.
The website says 60 day money back guarantee, but only if you dont open the box or use it, so how are you meant to know they are rubbish.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I'd give 0 stars if possible

I'd give 0 stars if possible - don't give up on the refund though (see bottom of review)

Ignore the claims on the website. This is not a pan that gives 'effortless release'. I followed all of the advice and guidance with the pan. It just doesn't work as described. Reached out for support and got replies but basically gaslighting me saying I'm not using it right and refusing a refund.

There's also something very shady about the 'customer reviews'. I reverse image searched 'Pete Dickson' and google came up with 6 different names associated with that photo

Pro tip: If you get the cold shoulder, contact your bank as they can sort refund if it's within 100 days of delivery. Dispute the transaction. Make sure you've given the company adequate opportunity to sort the problem and if they continually refuse, speak to your bank.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

The pan looks great and has good build quality but the non stick properties of this pan are the worst I have ever seen. Even with correct seasoning and well oiled this holds onto everything it touches. By far the worst pan I have ever purchased. Don’t waste your money, go with the other trusted brand that offers a lifetime guarantee rather than 60 days. This pan will only get used for seeing meat it’s not good for anything else.

Either faulty or false advertising

The hybrid pan we received just wasn’t non stick. Either the pan we received was faulty or it’s false advertising. After being refused a refund via the team who essentially said deal with it, ended up going through my bank to get a refund.
Also highly suspect they don’t publish negative reviews on their site as my review, which was left around 1 month ago, has never been publicly visible

Knife Sharpener

I was sceptical of how good this product might be but was very plesantly surprised when it arrived, it felt of good quality and did an amazing job sharpening all my knives with such little effort. I was so impressed, I've ordered another as a gift for my son.

Steer clear - don't purchase

I was researching "HexClad" frying pans, when the Novara brand pan popped up, on Google.
It was £70 cheaper, and had a convincing advertising spin. So. I ordered it, to save £70.

Actual use of pan, has fallen far below expectations, and advertised promises.

Followed instructions, to the letter, for three uses - but fried eggs, and omelettes, stick to both the bottom, and the side, of pan.

Also,  subsequently, - Cooked chicken,  and then bacon - sticking not as bad as frying an egg - but,  strangely,  the meat cooked,  but didn't brown.

On advice of Novara customer support agent, I bought,  expensive,  coconut oil and,  again, followed their guidelines exactly.  Results were same as the previous numerous times. I have sent them photos

Not happy with purchase. I had given this pan a fair try and was completely dissatisfied with it.  Doesn't match the advertised claims.  Requested a refund. Novaras response was - "can't be returned / refunded - as pan has been used" !

Another, irksome, issue is that I am receiving frequent, unsolicited / annoying advertising emails from them - and, their "unsubscribe" address target doesn't work! I Get a message - Safari can't open the page because the server can't be found

So, moral of the story is that - I saved £70, and lost £70.
And will be reminded of my stupidity, with each and, frequent, every advertising email.

Never known anything like it

Never known anything like it , the pan sticks every single time and the responses are appalling and patronising even telling me to switch to a high quality oil such as avocado or coconut oil( which I will not be doing) . I will be speaking to the ombudsman as they dont refund or replace a £91 pan because a non stick pan that sticks is not covered! I mean what kind of non stick pan has a lifetime cover but yet is defective from day one and not covered ? I am beyond disgusted with the product and the response from the company.

Save your money...

Save your money...the PureClad non stick is actually non-non stick. Having parted with hundreds of pounds, I need to part with even more as these are absolutely garbage. Everything sticks. Utter rubbish.

Plus pans arrived with no screws to attach the handles...

Garbage
