I can’t even tell you if they are good or bad , they haven’t dispatched my order and when I go on to track it tells me they can’t find the order and they haven’t responded to my e-mail

Save your money this is a waste of time. Cheap.

Bought this pan as I fell for their false advertising (as it’s seems many others on here have). Advertised as the same as the more expensive Hexclad pans and a cheaper alternative. Cheaper yes, the same quality no. Everything sticks. Can’t use metal utensils or the dishwasher as advertised, you get a card with the pan that states otherwise. They even go as far as saying not to use the green side of a dishwashing sponge!! The customer service is terrible, and they refuse to offer me a refund despite being in breach of UK selling regulations. Avoid at all costs and don’t fall for the sleek, fake advertising you see on social media platforms.

They have been friendly, reliable, & prompt with orders, & helpful with an item not added on a previous purchase !!

The products are good, as promised and then some. The sharpener is a bit small and struggles with big Chef knives. The pan is awesome. Worth every penny. I have to say my problem was with the shipping and delivery. The UK delivery company said they tried to deliver it on the scheduled day. they didn't even get to my house. I tried to chase them up and got no where but a lot of lies. They said they didn't have my parcel even though they said it was at the depot. I contacted Novaro customer service and I had a reply within 24 hours. The parcel delivered the next day. I thin had a very nice reply and I must say I had no issues with their customer service. I would definitely buy from them again

I have been using my pans daily for about 6 weeks. Nothing sticks to the pans. Not eggs, fried potatoes, pork chops, or grilled cheese. Clean up is just a wipe with some hot, soapy water. I love that I can put the pan in the oven!

I received my pan set and although I find them heavy compared with my previous pans, the quality is excellent!

Had my pan a few weeks now, and it is, without doubt the best pan I’ve ever used! It cooks evenly, and is a dream to wash. I just let it cool a bit, and put hot water in it whilst we eat. Quick delivery. After my experience, I can highly recommend this pan.

The pan burnt despite me following instructions. The company never responded to my complaint. So much for their lifetime guarantee

Bought a non stick pan with a 60 day money back guarantee. All the eggs I cooked completely stuck so I requested a refund. Was told that they would only refund me 20% as it had been used. I even forwarded the “use for 60 days” guarantee and received the same response. Ended up having to go through my bank to get refunded.

Good delivery and after sales from this company. Have only used this pan once so will be able to give better feedback in a few weeks. But im impressed hope it stays that way and I may purchase a full set...Bob

I have shopped at Novara previously hand had a great experience. I have just purchased the 28cm Pureclad pan which came quickly and is just an amazing pan, so much so that my stainless pans are now redundant. I did however forget to order the lid, so I contacted customer service and Samantha promptly replied and the lid is now on its way. Great service and great products!

I would of give you a five but I got different handles which is 💩

Not the complete non-stick I was expecting, but the pan is pretty good. Wanted to get away from the Teflon and certainly answers that. It is possible that the seasoning of the pan could be explained better, because it certainly wasn't non stick out of the box.

Scam, non-working product, return policy is unusable.

I read so many negative reviews and was bit disappointed that why did I order it. But the customer services and the delivery was on point. Not going to lie they are not completely non sticky but Its more imp that quality and amount of cooking I do its perfect for me. Very easy to clean. And tbh my friend bought the celebrity ones and they are exactly same no difference but, come one at least I am relaxed they are not releasing any toxin after scratch. For me everything was 5* .

The sharpener is ok. For that price I was expecting something a bit better. We shall see how it goes when I have to order spares….

Pan is not non stick and knife sharpener is rubbish too. Waste of money.
