Good service made simple.

I left 3 voicemail messages the week prior to ordering. Every option on the voice menu was sent to the same voicemail box of what sounded like Chris Oliver. No response. I wanted to clarify an option on the braces when ordering online. The one brace had a screw missing and a detached piece. There was a label saying "inspected by ....." and it was laying in the bottom of the box connected to the detached D-ring. The second brace I received was intact. I had to find a screw that fit to hold the D-ring on.

I haven't tried the strap replacements yet, but ease of finding on this site and came very promptly. would use again

My order arrived ahead of schedule, very pleased.

Very happy with my product as I've tried order this same item from other places... once I recieved it, it would not be the right item.

Ordered on Friday, didn't ship till Tuesday and bot gonna get it till Monday. Luckily for me i work out of town and had a week off and it's gonna show up the day after I leave now... shouldn't take over a week to get such a small, non prescription item

The product is great..and was shipped and delivered quickly..my complaint is that the night I ordered I decided to cancel and go in another direction so I left a msg. that evening..emailed the person who processed my credit card and called and left a message the next morning with the customer service person specifically cancelling the order with my name, phone number and order #..no response..A couple of days later the product was shipped..
There seems to be a glitch in the customer service department ?

Order site is unclear on sizing method. Brace I received doesn't match picture of what was shown. I have called twice to arrange an exchange and had to leave message and no one has returned my call.

I recommend this site and will order from it again, based on my (somewhat limited) experience with this website.
I purchased elbow pads, which I have to wear for some time into the future because of an injury that requires I keep the area impact-free.
The only reason I did not rate this site with 5 stars was that the instructions for the items were not very clear and I ended up figuring things our for myself.
The pads are very price competitive compared to name brands and what you can get at surgical supply stores. The quality of the items themselves is no less than I expected. The items were ground-shipped and arrived in good condition (new items) and in the time I expected.
