I purchased this ankle support for my daughter who was prescribed one last volleyball season after sustaining an ankle injury. She feels the brace gives her the support she needs when landing. My only complaint would be towards the physicians who charged our insurance $500 for the exact ankle (except with their clinics name stitched on strap). I was able to purchase an ankle support for her other ankle direct from your company for $150. The physicians should be ashamed. And your company should not allow such a high mark up on your product. Love the product.....just not the means we were introduced to it

I ordered Don Jon Arch Rivals and it looked like it would fit my husband. I contacted company and spoke to Vhris Olivares. He gave me his phone number. I tried 2times and he never called. I also sent an e-mail and no response. Accorto the chart for women it should be for a size 7in a half -8. I only want to send the one I received and get correct size.
