Strive for great customer service? How about you learn what customer service is first.

First, I contacted them via their website yesterday (August 16, 2018) at 12:52 pm. Then I gave them a call at 1:32 pm and left a message; no one got back to me. I got a terse email from Chris Olivares at 2:20--no "thanks for contacting us", no "what can i assist you with", not even a "Hi." Just a "what item did were you looking to purchase." I emailed him twice, and I called him, no response. This should have been a clear red flag, but instead I made the mistake of placing an online order (#12977) yesterday evening. I tried to contact them today (Friday, August 17) about my order and again, no reply. On the checkout page it said "orders ship within 24 hours." Well it's been over 24 hours and my order is still "processing." I was trying to change the ship method and have it expedited, but at this point, this company has no sense of customer service and I just want to cancel my order. But it's not possible since it says "processing" my order now can't be edited or cancel. However, the order status immediately said "processing" when I submitted it, so there was no way the order could have cancelled in the first place. This bad business practice is deceiving and is absolutely unacceptable; this experience has simply been atrocious.

They also sell to medical offices under the name Team Makena and Restore Motion.

Just look at reviewer Alan B and his similar experience within the last 36 hours. Also, read the complaint left on BBB.org by customer G.D. and the horrible reply this company posted below it. Simply awful. Just wow.

Beware of this company -- their inventory counts are off as per their owner "Jeff." We ordered a shoulder brace for our son and needed it sent to us overnight, early a.m. My husband was assured by "Jeff" that the brace was in stock and would be delivered via next day early a.m and charged us $99.00 extra for that service. At 11:15 a.m. today - still no brace. I called this company and was on hold for 20 minutes waiting for "Jeff" to get out of a meeting and no one else could help. Obviously, this is a one-man show -- beware if you need accurate information about product availability. When he finally got on the phone with me -- he was rude and said that the inventory count was off - so he didn't have the brace to ship out. He didn't even bother to advise us via phone to let us know that we wouldn't receive the brace today and we did not receive any email other than one stating that our order was on it's way. All he said to me was excuses and not apologetic at all. I would never do business with this man again -- it's not a company, obviously, just a one man band as he is the only one who answers customer service and product information when you call. He also personally told me that he is the owner. THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER GREAT BRACE COMPANIES TO ORDER FROM. WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I HAD TO DO TODAY AND WILL HAVE THE CORRECT BRACE TOMORROW BY 9 A.M. - BUT MY POOR SON, WHO NEEDED IT TODAY FOR FOOTBALL PRACTICE IS OUT OF LUCK - DUE TO THIS POORLY RAN SO-CALLED COMPANY.

Order was placed at 3:37pm which was well beyond our cutoff time to ship the same day. Spoke to both the husband and wife over the phone to apologize. Apparently they used the wrong email when they placed the order because they claim they never received our response yesterday at 418pm. We did let them know the order wouldn't ship until this morning. They've called at least 20 x harassing us and we wouldn't want to do business with them anyways.

I was sent the wrong item. The picture on their website of the item I needed for my knee was also the same as the one for TMJ. i was charged $19.99 for the wrong item!

great selection of braces and support…

great selection of braces and support devices. I ordered and have recently received, what hopefully, will be a good fit for my needs.I will be wearing it for a few weeks to see if I find the improvement in the post-surgery, foot and ankle swelling that has been an issue for the past 7 months. This particular brace/wrap is desirable because it is lightweight and less cumbersome than most of them. Hoping for some positive results, soon!! Dianne

I fractured a metarsal during a 10 mile…

I fractured a metarsal during a 10 mile race.After it healed I had much neuroma pain in that foot.My Doc recommended the Arch Rival orthotic.I cannot believe the relief it gave me!
Pain gone!
I will need another pair for my return to running!

Convenient to order and quick to arrive.

Quick access, easy to spec and order, reasonably priced, quickly shipped. And I’m finding — high quality. This is the way to go for undersleeve replacement on knee braces as opposed to waiting for a faxed prescription or using your insurance to pay for it at three times the cost from other dealers.
