The purchase has not shipped and there has been no correspondence

They had a problem with my credit card because of my VPN. If you use a VPN your card may show up as a fraud.They should have told me more about why they couldn't enter my order so I could fix it.First time this ever happened to me.

I bought a medium sized Achilles lift, though it was a little pricey for my budget, this is the best product I have ever used. I wear it to work (12 hours shift) and I hardly feel any pain. I have stopped taking the pain medication the doctor prescribed for me. I have recommended this product to some of the nurses I work with and they have already placed their orders.

Product was received as ordered. I ordered rhe wrong product and had extreme difficulty reaching this company to return. I finally found an email and they reaponded very quickly apologizing as they have had issues with phone systems. Although i was initially annoyed once i connected with them they were very repsonsive and i would order from this site again

We Contacted the returns department but heard nothing and the telephone went to voice mail. However, found out they were moving and phone system was temporarily messed up. After several days they sent a return authorization as soon as they got my messsge.

Saw my orthopedist last week and the pain in my left leg is subsiding. Was impressed.

Good Product, Good Price, Fast Shipping!

I would purchase again without any hesitation. I ordered a tall foot boot. The prices are more than reasonable compared to others. The boot is very lightweight, has the bladder to inflate for a snug fit and was shipped quickly. It seems like higher than average quality. Only one issue-I did leave a voicemail on a Friday regarding my purchase and wondering when it would ship. I did not get a return call but I did get a great product.

Shipment was not complete-a key part was missing. I am having difficulty returning the package for replacement. Have called Customer Service but have not received a call back with a postage authorization.
