Unable to reach customer service

I have tried repeatedly to reach this company since the product I ordered was the wrong one and I wanted to return it. Their website told me it would be a simple matter and to contact them for a code for a return. I repeatedly sent voice mails and emails but have never reached them. From the description of the item I ordered, it was not clear that there was no metal support in the one I ordered.

Wishing it was a better boot....

The experience of ordering and the shipment of the item I ordered was a 5 out of 5. The website is super easy and the item got here exactly when they said it would. My only reason why I didn't say a 5 for total is that boot itself that I ordered is not near as comfortable and easy as I thought it would be from the reviews and the videos. I bought the boot to replace another boot because it was torn but the other boot was more comfortable and even though it didn't fit quite right it didn't need as much adjustment through out the day as this one does.

Price and on line ordering was fine

Price and on line ordering was fine, but product did not arrive on time. and appears not to have been shipped until I called and left a message asking for status (did not receive phone call). If my arm was not in pain, being late would not have been an issue.
