Great product
Great product. However, I paid a lot of money for overnight shipping and it didn’t arrive on time. Called and nobody could give me answers. Online when logged in just kept saying in process. I ordered on a Wednesday and it didn’t arrive until the following Monday. If I’m going to pay for overnight which was a lot, it should arrive on time. So disappointed in that aspect.

I am giving 3 stars for reasonable prices and free shipping, but would give 2 stars otherwise. Ten days ago I ordered something I will need for surgery I’m having tomorrow. The item description said, “usually ships in 1 to 2 business days.” I ordered it on the 6th and they didn’t ship until the 15th of the month, which was 6 business days. Disappointed that the business advertised quick shipping, but did not follow through on that.
Poor customer service, communication and website design.
The order that made on 10/05/18 and was supposed to arrive within 24 hours has not come as of today, 10/20/18. Only when(!) I emailed and called on 10/10/18, I was told that it "seemed like it was on the back order". Very poor communication. THe website doesn't allow to search by the order number. There is no way to find out the status of the order if you didn't create an account. Very inconvenient.
Great customer service... a little bumpy at start
I ordered two knee braces. When I received the package, there was only one and it was the wrong kind. I sent a message and very quickly got a response and we asked in I wanted to switch them up. I responded yes and highlighted that I only received one. There were several days of no response, so I sent another message asking what had happened. From that point on the customer service was wonderful and it made up for the bumpy start. I would recommend this shop and their products.
Official Breg Pad, best price and delivery
This site had the best price I could find for my Breg XL Shoulder wrap on "Dressing". I have the XL Shoulder Pad for my Polar Cube I bought for my rotator cuff surgery. But the hospital only gives you one dressing and it lasted a week or more then tore up. The "Dressing" is just the stick on paper protection that sticks to the bottom of the pad and is a barrier between the cold pad and your skin. Shop Orthopedics had the best price and it arrived quick enough.

I have never given a 1 star review however in this case I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Shop Orthopedics in hopes that readers will explore other vendors who can meet their needs. My 8 year old daughter broke her ankle and was prescribed a pediatric boot. Sadly the orthopedist didn’t have her size. We came home that evening and I ordered one on a Thursday night. Because she was in a splint and I paid $93 dollars for a next day delivery with a Saturday option. The order was placed Thursday evening and I received confirmation of shipment on Friday including a tracking number. I expected it to arrive Saturday but when UPS came and went I checked the tracking and it was not recognized by UPS. I tried to call vendor on Saturday but of course they don’t have customer service over the weekend (which is weird for an etailer). I held out no hope on Sunday and out of desperation I went to urgent care to purchase my daughter and orthodic shoe. I was resigned to call the company on Monday. First thing Monday am I checked the tracking number and NOW it was live. Despite getting an email that
said it shipped Friday it actually shipped 3 days later. On Tuesday it arrived. I called the company to ask for a refund on shipping alone (totally willing to pay for product) and their customer service said they would offer me 50% off shipping. $50 for something to ship from Irvine to Long Beach in 4 days. After several emails back and forth explaining the situation the customer service rep (who’s name I so want to write here) told me that UPS doesn’t deliver on weekends. Funny, they certainly do for

Pretty sure that is a weekend. So, in the end I filed a dispute with Amex and gave them all the paperwork so they could assist me in getting back the shipping these guys ripped off. You are better to go with a reputable company that doesn’t send bogus emails making it appear as if they have shipped a product when they clearly haven’t. Sadly, I not only can’t recommend this site - I would say this company lacks a set of principles that puts integrity over profits. Needed shoes for my elderly dad…
I needed some shoes for my elderly dad to wear while he has wrappings on both feet. I saw they had a lot of good options online and called for more info. Product specialist Chris was very helpful in determining what to order and went the extra-mile for us to try some on that afternoon as a will-call pickup.
