Customer Service Poor

I ordered orthopedic braces and it took several calls over at time span of 2 weeks to determine the status of the delivery. After confirming the purchase at the time of purchase, I did not receive the tracking details. I called customer service multiple times and it went directly to voice mail over a two week period. I was able to finally speak to someone who promised that they would send me an email notification on the status of the item the following day and did not hear back from them. After involving other options, the items shipped and within 2 days, received the items. Poor communication on delivery of items and when to receive. Customer service does not exist.

Late and no customer service.

The item I order 3 day select did not arrive for a week. I left two messages which neither were returned. I am returning the item as it came too late post surgically. Not a company I would work with again or recommend.
