Terrible Customer Service and Response Time

This company has terrible customer service and i no longer recommend them! The second order I received from them is defective and I need to have it replaced. I've placed numerous phone calls to the customer service number and sent emails. No response for days. I finally got an email back 5 days ago stating that they can do the exchange but no instructions on how to proceed and no response in another 5 days! Unprofessional!

I ordered a ankle brace for my son and…

I ordered a ankle brace for my son and paid extra for quick delivery. The shipping email came with a incorrect tracking number so i couldn’t track the package. I called for 3 days straight leaving messages and not one was returned. I still do not have my brace. I don’t recommend because the customer service is less than poor.

Waiting time is too long and nobody is answering the phone and don’t like automatic computer message.we need a real people to talk and I have been trying to reach to you guys but it took me like days but still nobody answer the phone but luckily I got a email from you guys solving my problems .if nobody answering the phone why you guys put phone no over there you should need extra hand to answer the phone too .
