I would not order directly from this company again! I never received confirmation of my order until after the package arrived. Because it took so long to get my order, I had to order the same item from Amazon because Shop Orthopedics' website repeatedly said "processing" for my order everytime I checked the website. I emailed customer service to cancel my order and I was told it was already shipped out and I could return it after I recieved it. The package from Amazon arrived before the one from this company! The day after Shop Orthopedics' first package arrived, a duplicate package arrived. So, after being given a return item code, I mailed both
packages back to the company. I was SHOCKED at the shipping cost that I had to pay to return the boxes: $18 each box ($36 total) for Shop Orthopedics' error. To top things off, my daughter missed several days of work while waiting for this boot to come, as her employer would not allow her to work without this particular boot. I am extremely disappointed with this entire experience! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I have the fourth air cast I wear them hard. When I am done with them I use them to swim or just walk around the house. I know my foot is healing much faster the fourt time around. And I am glad the extra casts are helping my foot heal when I swim. Thank you Helen Fill.

This product didn't fit, I've tried contacting returns department several times for 2 weeks now and nobody returns my calls.

After waiting 2 weeks for my order, I called customer service.

My order had an incomplete address; somehow; but customer service immediately re-processed my order; pronto. ....and I received it witin 2 days!!

The Ossur walking boot is just as described. I have the full size but wanted the smaller one and it fit my budget too.

I do not recommend buying from this seller. They charge hidden restocking fees in spite of their "free" return policy. Poor business.

Update 12/21/18. Thank you for reply. I am talking about order #13660. 9/21/18- $77.42. However return was issued for $65.81 (10/18/18). For second order returned #13770 09/28/18-$88.30 I did not receive ANY refund. At the end I lost $88.30+$11.61=$99.91 buying from this merchant.

This is my third foot brace and I like this better than the other two. I have been wearing this foot brace for two weeks and I am very happy.

I ordered the wrong accessory for my breg unit. I cancelled the order, and received a confirmation it was cancelled. But then I received the item in the mail. I’ve tried to reach them multiple times to send it back, but no response. I needed the item quick, since I sprained ankle and needed the machine to speed up recovery, so I paid for 2nd day delivery. But like I said, I cancelled it right after I ordered it because it was the wrong product. I paid $23 for shipping plus the product even though I cancelled it. I’ve called and emailed them, but no reply. I’m not impressed with their customer service! And I want a full refund including shipping, but haven’t heard from them.

I ordered a wrap around knee brace. For some reason, when I ordered my Polar Cube, I never a universal wrap with a covering or straps, just a vinyl sided brace and it got dirty really quick. I ordered my knee brace with foam covering and the straps and it got here quickly and worked perfectly. Also, the price through Shop Orthopedics is much less than other online sites (many charging $97 or more!!).
