I’ve been a customer of 10 green bottles for a while. I love the quality of the products and the ability to change or add products to each delivery. The yoghurt is Devine a bit like clotted cream. I love that you can have semi skimmed milk that has the cream at the top. What a treat! I have also had their bakery items on occasions well worth it. Slightly more costly than the supermarkets but 100% better tasting!

It's a great local business. I've been their customer for last two years and always receive a great products and service. Really appreciate the home delivery and highly recommend to everyone!

Been with 10 Green almost since they began. Excellent delivery, product range and service. Highly recommended.

The products are great, and it's lovely being able to support a local farm directly.
However- this doesn't seem to translate into a great customer experience.
2nd April- NO DELIVERY. Was running late for the school run and work, I hadn't had notification of payment being taken, so assumed that something had happened and I would get delivery the next day.
Checked the next morning (3rd April) and still no delivery, so emailed the team.
Was told that I should have reported it by 10am the same morning (apparently people who work should drop everything immediately) BUT they would speak to the driver when he returned from his holiday.
I heard nothing, and had to chase.
Today was told that they hadn't had any response from the driver, but were not accepting liability either way.
Despite the fact I have a Ring Doorbell and I had advised them that no-one delivered on the 2nd, they told me that the delivery "must have been stolen"
Again, Ring Doorbell has no evidence of this.

Looking at the reviews, I am not the only person this has happened to.

Absolutely shocking for small business.

If they don't deliver an item you have already paid for make sure you report if before 10am or they deny all responsibility and keep your cash. Totally unacceptable. Shame I liked the service before being taken for a mug for a £15 item they forgot

Ten Green Bottles have been delivering my orders for a few years now. The products are consistently very good. The delivery service has been excellent with no issues over the time I have been with them. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Watched a bloke from this company harangue our poor neighbour despite a 'please no sales calls' sticker on her door. He then came to us and rang the bell before looking through our window. When I went to the door to point to our sticker and explain that I was working at home and busy, he persisted. Twice. When I said no a third time and closed the door because he wouldn't shut up, he said something rude which I'm sure Trustpilot would rather I didn't repeat here. With this sort of attitude to customers and their requests, there is no way we would use this company.

Great delivery service, very reliable.
Products are lovely. However I do feel that customer service lets them down.
A product was changed recently without prior notice. When I reached out to customer service via email for product information regarding the change, my email seems to have been ignored as I never received a reply.
Such a shame as this doesn’t make me feel like a valued customer. That said, I can’t fault the delivery or the produce.

A truly excellent service. So great to have unhomogenised milk again after many years; and in glass bottles too.

Been with them since day 1. Love the cream on the milk. They’ve never let us down. Loved the tour of the farm in the summer, really gave a personal touch. I really appreciate getting fresh milk delivered in glass bottles twice a week from a local dairy.

Such an amazing experience to have fresh milk, yoghurt and other lovely products fresh from the local farm & dairy delivered by an electric milk float in glass bottles and jars. Helpful staff all passionate about what they do and the first class service they deliver. Oh and forgot to say the taste of the products is amazing!

We tried to have milk delivered from other farms in the past and all those attempts failed - the milk was in plastic bottles and deliveries unreliable. Then recently I found an article about 10 Green Bottles - loved their ethos and how easy it was to become one of their customers… looove the glass bottles and jars which are delivered full of yummy goodies every week without a fail.

Local produce of high quality, supplied efficiently. The app makes it a pleasure to control when you need to pause a delivery, and takes the stress out of going away. The milk and yoghurt is delicious, and there’s so much more you can add on when required. Small touches like providing a cool bag for the summer months just make this company even more pleasurable to deal with.

Great organic dairy products and their milk is delicious. Backed up by great customer service too. Highly recommended local business.
