I ordered 3 weeks ago and was notified after I purchased them that my order was backlogged for 1-2 weeks. 3 weeks passed and I contacted them again and was told there was no ETA. I ordered these supplements for an overseas trip and now they will not come in time. Someone contacted me to say I could pay an extra $35 to have smaller bottoms to equal the same amount of tablets. So I had to choose between compromised financially or not receiving my supplements in time. What a poor experience.

We had an unforeseen disruption to our delivery schedule and stock levels, which resulted in the delay for your order, plus we had delayed updates from our supplier about the wait time.
These unfortunate events meant that the compounding effect resulted in sluggish communications from our team with you, and we completely understand how annoying this is, given you’re headed overseas.
While our team did offer you the option to go for a couple of smaller bottle with free express shipping, we totally get that this isn’t ideal.
We did also offer to give you a refund if the order wasn’t likely to make it time to you, and this is still available to you – Please let us know if this what will work best for you given the circumstances, just reach out to info@5ew.com.au.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Was promised a discount code to subscribe. I did but never got the code. Sent two emails to follow up and didn't get a reply. Eventually got my supps from another online store and the service was amazing in comparison.
